The new baked chicken is awesome but the 1/2 chicken is the tiniest bird I’ve ever seen. This is likely the best chicken I’ve ever eaten. The leg is tiny but because it has 1/2 of the breast it does have a lot of meat.

Worst customer service ever. The person who took my order was sick. His eyes were bloodshed red and I asked him why was he working and not wearing a mask. He said he had allergies but I could tell he was very congested. The manager was there and I confronted her with the situation and she said to call Corporate and not to bother her with that nonsense. I told her it was no nonsense because her worker was sick and she said no one there was sick and that I was crazy. She laughed in my face and so did the other workers. What ever happened to courtesy and to the customer always being right? I was absolutely right and expected to be treated nicely especially because I was not rude about the situation. I have worked in customer service for 15 years, and I know how customers can get. But workers cannot mistreat them and much less laugh at them. You should be kind and try to make customers happy so that they may return. To think that I drove 20 miles to come get this chicken and to be treated with such disrespect. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I know it’s not a lot of them left. So after work I decided to go there. For a bite on my way home in traffic. I ordered two of the two piece legs and thighs. 3.49. One spicy one regular. They lady even gave me free jalapeño. Which I thought was nice. Open my box in the parking lot. When I say the chicken was so burnt and old. The spicy chicken. Look at the regular one it was ok. But still look like it had been sitting there. No I didn’t take it back. Don’t like to cause problems. So I just know to believe what my coworkers say. Thanks for the free jalapeño tho. Maybe that’s why I got it.

I was out & about and decided to get some chicken. A lot of them have been closed so I drove a little while to get there but it was great. Did the drive thru. Friendly reps, my order was correct and the food was still hot when I arrived home!!

Way over priced, I got and 8 piece with 1 side and 4 biscuits. The price was $27.05 needless to say I will not be dining at this place ever again. You can go to Sam’s or Costco and get 5 rotisserie chickens for that price.

Food wasn’t fresh (Definitely refried). The chicken was hard, dry and tasted like old grease. No biscuit or receipt. Terrible customer service.This place should be shut down.

Excellent place with lots of types of fried chicken available. Cost effective also and the chicken fry pieces were tasty. The chicken sandwich was also good but fries could be better. The staff is friendly 🙂

Waited 10 minutes for our order because we were told thats how long it would be to make mac and cheese which we ordered. That would have been no problem if this hadnt been what we got after the wait…… the mac and cheese which allegedly was fresh made was burnt to an inedible level, the chicken was burnt to a comically dark brown, and i didnt even know they served green bean soup there.
