This has to be the worst church’s chicken in Houston. Me and my family placed an order on their app for a family meal period when we arrived 20 minutes later. When we arrived, the staff told us that if we wanted regular chicken, then we would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. So what’s the point of using there app. To top it off, the staff was rude and dismissive. Then, when we got home home with the food, it was still wrong, and the Mac and cheese looked like it was 2 or 3 days old and mush. We will never ever return to this churches.

I drive all the way from Spring, TX to the Church’s Chicken on Jones Rd. The staff their has not altered the recipes for all the food items, they have been frying the Chicken, fries, and Okra the same way for Decades! The entire food menu is “Excellent!” And every time I eat there, I thank the whole team for the Delicious, excellent food. “Yes sir, if it is not broke, . . . DON’T fix it.” So thank you Church’s on Jones Rd. and please keep up the great work!! ❤️

Person on order box rude, dismissive. Arguing with me that I couldn’t take a drink off a combo or not. I didn’t expect a price drop. I never asked for it actually. Very poor attitude for dealing with the public and shouldn’t be dealing with the public if she can’t be more professional than she was. I went to another restaurant and was able to get what I asked for, along with a smile and pleasant welcoming response from that business. One customer might not seem like much but if this girl had that attitude with 100 customers, that could add up. To enough sales where that owner would realize that they have a serious problem with their staff.

The employee Marlén was very rude, I bought 16pc family meal and she just put 11 pc and I called in to the store and the manager Irma picked up the call and she didn’t even apologize and instead was rude she said well I will talk to the employee but just come get your 5pc chicken that was missing I Will never come back to this place I don’t understand why employees are rude since they’re getting pay to treat the customers right
