Rude black lady at counter playing on her phone. Took me forever to get my order. She said the tenders are made to order but rest ofmy food was COLD. She had no worry in the world other than her phone. I can definitely get better service elsewhere.

The Cleveland Church’s really could use a makeover. The building is very old & looks in need of many repairs & updates. The menu sign often has lights out when trying to order at night making it hard. The workers are very nice. & like all the other chicken restaurants, they need to increase the size of their sides for the price they charge. The price for the sides is not worth the small portions you get & they call it a large side. Their large side is big enough for 3 people not a family.

we bought a 15 piece meal cost right at 30 dollors, it was horrible. i think the cold slaw was rotten couldnt even eat it. chicken had been cooked a long time. it was alful. dont eat there. we wont anymore

I HAVE to give it at least 1 star. It does not have the option for no stars. Me and my wife stopped there and get 2 meals with shrimp and chicken strips for $10 a box and all we got was 3 shrimp and 1 chicken strip. I will never go there again. I tried to call them but the phone is disconnected. I will be going back tomorrow to talk to the manager or who is in charge…… I am so disappointed. If they can’t do any better than that then they need to be closed for good.

Cleveland TX location, absolutely horrible horrible experience. ordered 2 #1 meals. chicken was dried up and cold, as well as the biscuits. mashed potatoes were warm, but nothing put in the bag to eat the potatoes. only 2 napkins in the bag, 1 for each meal I guess. Absolutely horrible food

Worst Church’s I have been to. Lobby closed, drive thru only. Can’t get order right so have to wait in line 2 times. Would recommend passing g this one up if your in a hurry or just want to wait one time.

This church’s chicken sucks on service and knowledge of prices and products. Went to get some of the new fish and dish and the girl didn’t know if you could get a single piece fish. Then I guess it was the manager on duty told me they don’t sell just the fish that it had to be the combo only. The younger girl couldn’t understand English to well. The whole experience SUCKED and no I will not be back. Whoever franchise that is, you might want to retrain people or get the hell out of business, you just lost a customer.

It takes forever to get your food. When you ask for extra honey for your biscuits, they give you an extra 2 or 3. The food is good, but the wait is long. I only order here because I love their biscuits.
