The people that work at this restaurant need to learn manners they are very rude the food is good. But very unpleasant place to dine. Don’t try to make conversation with them they look at you like your crazy. I would not recommend this place to dine in take out would be ok. Oh and don’t ask for ketchup they act as if they are giving golden nuggets away.

I was so disappointed. The Mac and cheese tasted off, the coleslaw was warm, and the man taking orders was rude and got the order wrong twice. This is the third time he messed up the order then was rude when you said it wasn’t right. I will not be coming back. We have been buying dinner about every other week at this location. My daughter’s chicken sandwich was dry. The bottom bun was completely dry. Sorry, you lost my business permanently.

Pretty good, one of the people working seemed to be having a short fuse but they were very busy so I’m thinking they were just stressed. Still they helped me as fast as they could and said for me to have a nice day, and from what I could tell they were smiling, but they had their mask on so couldn’t tell for sure. Overall I will definitely be going back again.

The place has been around a while. The chicken is awesome and the price is fair. Cooking chicken has always been messy so the cleaning is about average. They didn’t have access to public restroom, I’m not sure if it was covid related but it would have been nice to wash my hands before or after touching surfaces. They still deserve a 5 for just hanging in there under these circumstances.

It looks like a former chain that went out of business and a couple of people are trying to pretend it’s still a restaurant. That only positive was the employees were very nice and polite. The chicken was chewy and lacked consistency, flavor was just awful, and the kitchen looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a decade.

I went and ordered three chicken fried chicken with gravy, biscuit, cole slaw, and a drink. Paid over $30. When i got home and opened the bag, all three boxes were open, AND it wasn’t what I ordered! They gave me tenders, no gravy, biscuit, slaw and the drink. When I called up there and told them that my order was wrong I was told that they didn’t have any chicken fried chicken ready so the gave me the tenders instead. The guy that I talked to kept over talking me and he told me that they only charged me for the tenders. He continued to argue with me and and started laughing. I told him that i wanted the phone number to the main office and he told me to look it up. We couldn’t even eat the dry chicken!! Worst service ever!!! Will not be going back there ever!!! Will be calling the main office.

Rude, inconsiderate, dismissive employees. Place was dirty. Tried asking for manager, apparently “they don’t have one”. First rude employee walked away from me mid sentence, and spent the rest of my visit on her phone, then the other who stepped up was rude and didn’t even ask if my order was complete. Gave me my total, and walked off. If I could give it no stars I would.
