Church’s in El Campo is HORRIBLE!! We will NEVER eat there again! The mashed potatoes were powder, the biscuits were burnt, the brown gravy was clumpy, the dirty rice was VERY burnt, the HI-C fruit punch was watered down and to top it off they were out of napkins smh. This place is just not the same. Church’s needs Mrs. Petra back over there! We went at 7pm one time & they said they were out of chicken! They are ALWAYS out of something! They should just close the doors already tbh! I won’t waste another dollar at this place.

I waited in a line of vehicles well before closing. I was #3 in line of cars. The time I pulled up was 7:50pm. I made it to the window at 8:17pm only to be told, “sorry ma’am we’re out of chicken!” As if they don’t have to brains to anticipate the needs of the customers who arrived before closing! Horrible service & very inconsiderate!

We arrived at this place at 8:05 by 8:25 they closed the doors of this place according to the times this place was supposed to be open till 10:00. The customers that came left with no food. The workers were not very clean you had one guy on his cell phone and tending money and serving food never was any handwashing going on. Same with cashier at front counter she was scratching her head and serving food not very sanitary place.

Church’s a disappointment if you sit in line your never sure of the food quality were receiving. We get home and it just pisses me off to my surprise open the box or sides & not receive what you paid for. Are yet worst if one decides to walk in, make sure you’re prepared to slide on your butt. Due to all the grease on that grimy greasy floor.

Not only did they give me the wrong size fries that I took in to exchange, they also give me all dark meat when I paid 6 dollars more for mixed. They do NOT work as a team in that store to know what people ordered
