Went for dinner at 8pm through drive-thru. Food is good, order was almost correct except the tenders weren’t spicy & I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for my fresh order. Mac & Cheese is sooo good. The two bilingual ladies on shift were very kind.

Unbelievably slow service. The lady’s accent is incomprehensible. Chicken was decent. Fries were way too salty. I might land in the hospital tonight. Will not be back. Service and food quality were considerably lower than at Chick-fil-A, but the quantity was admittedly greater.

Had to give them 1 star or I could not rate. The girl in the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional. She told me there would be a 20 minute wait for white meat when I ordered the dark piece she remained silent. Over 15 vehicles in the parking lot not 1 patronizing this establishment. I see why. Mr and a few other took our business to Whataburger. Excellent customer service there.

The speaker didn’t work but was able to pull up to the window and order. About 20 to minutes before closing and got my food, they said 4 breast but only 2 but still had more than enough !

They told us that they were not cooking anything else because they were closing in an hour & a half. I thought she was joking at first. But then straight up told us they couldn’t take our order! (The staff are so rude. If they even acknowledge you) I’m still in shock that this actually happened… lol.. If you dont want to do the job you are paid for FIND ANOTHER JOB! Straight up lazy ass people..

Pulled up to drive thru and waited 10 minutes in complete silence. I finally had to yell, “HELLO!” and then finally someone said, “I will be right with you.” Waited another 5 minutes and still no one came to take our order. Finally pulled up to see if anyone was at the window and nope there was no one. Wanted a spicy mixed 10 piece with no thighs. Was told they had 2 breasts, 2 wings, and 1 leg available in spicy and that other than that all they had was only spicy thighs. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for more chicken to be cooked then I could get my order complete. So instead I just told them to give me what they had in spicy and do the rest in original. As I get to the window she is rude and she shoves my large box of chicken into the smallest possible bag that they had in the place. I drive home, which is a 15 minute drive for me, and finally get to eat and guess what? The chicken has to be left over from lunch cause it was so old, cold, and uneatable. Tried calling to complain and of course no one ever answers! The chicken is so bad that not even one of my five dogs will eat it! I will be forwarding this to Church’s corporate too cause this place needs to be shut down.

So glad they finally shut this place down. Was very filthy and the owner was cheap, damn every fastfood establishment has had an upgrade but this one. Place had rodents and roaches and people still ate there.
