I ordered ahead on the app around 6pm the order to be pick up at 9:15pm. When I arrive I did not receive my order until 9:50pm, so the orderd ahead is useless. They won’t have your order ready. The food was good. Just the service was poor.

I went there after Popeyes uber didn’t go as planned. They were not supposed to be closed yet. Staff was there and had already closes the restaurant down. Instead of using the intercom to let us know they had closed early, they flat out ignored us. We had to drive around to see them not even worried about us.

Chicken was FRESHLY COOKED!! everything was DELICIOUS!!only issue was soda machine was broke and oven also so we got no biscuits. lady at drive thru window was very apologetic and informed us about the issues

I was disappointed with my recent order. Prices has gone wayyyy up. Customers are not allowed inside restaurant. Orders‐drive through or walk up to small window. I had order 12 pieces and 5 peppers for $34+ Half way home checked boxes to find I was given all dark meat and no wings. Drove back to discuss about order, I was told there were no wings left. I asked them why did you guys not notify me of that so I can order Dark meat to get cheaper price. I was told, we didn’t know you wanted wings. I told them that’s what mixed order is. I told them forget about it and left. I do not care if they are the last Church’s Ckicken in the Golden Triangle area. I will never return to that place. Time to support more local mom and pop’s/hole in the wall places.

PROTECT YOUR FAMILY… Jose Davalos sleeps with all his Managers and he is the Marketing Manager! I was the only African American Store Manager, and his Team Leader; Kythia, would step on me and lie on me every chance they could! Save your money and eat freash fruits and vegetables.

This church’s chicken is located directly across the street from Saint Elizabeth. I had a doctor’s appointment and I was able to swing by and grab lunch. They were extremely busy! The lady that took my order was it was very polite and she took my order correctly. I chose a 3 piece spicy chicken strip meal That comes with a biscuit and a drink for my side I chose the macaroni and cheese. They also have a peach cobbler dessert. All of my food was extremely hot and fresh. The biscuits are so good there!! Absolutely love the new peach cobbler dessert. Basically they take one of their biscuits and put it in a bowl they add peaches peaches and a sweet sauce with cinnamon in it over the top of the biscuit to where it gets soft. It’s really good!!

Customer service is lacking. I was surprised to see establishment open because many of them are closed. I hadn’t paid attention to the time but there was a worker who saw me but chose not to address me. He NEVER acknowledged me. This was very disappointing to the point that I changed my mind about placing order.
