Luis was very professional although Elizabeth was very unaccommodating. She was very passive and non helpful it seemed as if she had a negative attitude about my fries, however Luis was very helpful and solved the problem without an issue. I appreciate that he was there. Stopped in for dinner. They were out of gravy, mac and cheese, and needed 20 minutes to make more chicken. Employees didn’t seem to care. Won’t be back.

Food is usually good. I had an 8pc meal and a 5pc tender dinner. 5pc came with biscuit. Didn’t get the 4 that came with other meal. LG side of Mac n cheese was cold. I’m having health issues right now couldn’t go back to correct it.

This is not the first time we have tried to come through this location on the way back from picking up son up who needed his Church’s fix. The last time, they had closed early. This time we thought we might try to go through the dining room. They were cleaning and mopping the floors. We opted to go through the drive through. Liz, who was working the speaker, told us to hold on and then left us hanging. She was rude and inconsiderate. She did not greet us. She did not say thank you. I know you hate your job, but no need to show it when you interact with customers. My kid opted for one of their desert biscuits. Liz told us to come around to the window. She threw the bag at us as we started to pull away. My son looked in the bag and Liz never did add the dessert biscuits. She did not charge us for them either. Way to go Liz. You are first rude and then you get our order wrong. The only reason why I even gave them 1 more star was the fact that the food was hot and fresh. We were about to circle back around, but did not want any more attitude from Liz.

We wanted to get a couple of items and some food but also wanted to avoid crowds. So we stopped at the mobil/church’s instead. Every employee we encountered was cheerful and helpful!! The store and restrooms were clean! And the Church’s food was delicious, hot and crispy! Their ice tea was noticeably fresh and I’m wishing I had bought a gallon to take along with us.
