During schools traffic time trying to get in and out of that place is hell , hungry than you finally make it home and realize they forgot to give you the jalapeños. Hell nah. Then your pissed and call them and they don’t pick up . That’s it I’m done . Fire the whole buch of them . SMH

Love love their food! But my God the service today was HORRIBLE ! I went inside to order, The lady that took my order was so RUDE not professional at all & seemed like she did not want to be there at all. I get we have bad days but this lady did not even try to be nice or polite once. I didn’t catch her name & I hardly ever write bad reviews on restaurants cause I hate being a Karen but my God. She had fake eyelashes on & was doing drive thru as well.

Where do I begin when it comes to this churches location. They might as well take spicy chicken off the menu because whenever I ask they are out. I have gone multiple times right when they open and they are out of spicy chicken. Speaking of open there have been multiple times I go when they open and I’m told we won’t be opening for another hour or so for whatever reason. Lastly I can’t tell you how many times I’ve went and there is a 30 to 45 minute for chicken. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open just seems to be a waste of space at this point. Can’t wait until the Golden Chic opens, hopefully it’s better.

Poor quality food compared to what we’ve gotten before at this location. The batter is different and were given burnt up tenders mixed with how the tenders are suppose to be. Not sure why management allows this sad quality food to be served.

Always out of something! Whether that be spicy chicken, regular chicken, sides etc. Always have to wait for fresh food about 30 mins. It never fails. Never a good experience. We don’t have many options in Floresville so we either cook or have bad take out service. Get it together Churches. You would make a ton more money if you got it together! Golden chick is going to put you in a world of hurt when they open! Can’t wait until they open!

Staff was very rude. They treat their customers like an inconvenience as I was greeted with an eye roll. Not only was my order shoved in front of me without a single word said, but my order was wrong. The lady who ordered in front of me had her order made wrong as well. They’re not even trying anymore.

The floresville location is terrible. We asked for 10 pc mixed and when we got to the window they said all dark. I told them no its mixed. When we got home the chicken was so dry it was not even edible and full of mostly legs and wings. The order is suppose to come with 4 biscuits it only had 3 and they looked thrown in the box. I basically threw away $25. Never going back.
