I ordered the grilled chicken. It was very good, a bit pricy. Don’t give enough water on request just a little cup. Often I have to remind to add napkins, n utensils if I need them. Did not have enough of the spicy CV chicken.

Just went through the drive through and asked for chicken tenders, a biscuit, and fried okra. Needless to say this location never gets anything right and I’ve been going here for the past 20 yrs and been through multiple managers. My fried okrahas a long blonde hair on the okra it’s self and my hair is jet black. The fried okra is also way over cooked to the point it’s black. I can semi understand over cooked okra but poor hygiene practices such as hair in my food is very unacceptable. Churchs please put your employees through food handling training and ensure everyone is wearing a hairnet to reduce the risk of hair or any other contaminants being present in food.

Simple and Yummy Drinks
I decided to give this place a sec chance because u never know what kind of service you are going to get with churchs chicken. i brought some chicken after church today everything was awful chicken wasnt even seasoned and tasted like old nothingness simply awful all the other churchs chicken in san antonio taste better than this one. The workers were nice though. I brought it at 1245 its 6 45 the chicken is still sitting here because no one wants to eat it i hate wasting money.waste of $50

Decent sized chicken, juicy and tender. But the amount of fries in a combo is pitiful. The biscuits leave much to be desired. Chicken is carrying this whole meal. I make 5 chicken dinners for meal prep a week out of $6 or so, and this whole thing with a tiny apple pie pocket thing is $9.72… if I can get more food for less from the Walmart Deli, at a similar quality, you’ve got issues. I hope this is NOT your normal portion of fries. That’s just sad.

They gave me fresh food and even a free drink and biscuit because they were out of spicy chicken and didn’t have an issue with letting me in to order since I was in my tractor truck will go again as they are one of the last in the area and quite friendly
