I placed an order online 30 minutes before the pick up time. I arrived 40 minutes later and they said I had to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken. I told them to just give me regular. They still made me wait another 15 minutes to give me the order that was supposed to be ready. I get home with the food and I was supposed to get two large side orders of cole slaw. One of the containers was only filled 1/2 way and the other 3/4, these were 12 piece family meals with containers that were not even full. I also ordered 2 Large fries paid $9.00 for them and I got two small fries. Again how am I supposed to feed a big family with that. Never Again!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Our store is always clean and employees friendly for sure. This one and only time the chicken appears to have been under cooked BUT when it was brought to their attention they quickly made me my order even fresher and faster than I expected! Kudos to the employees at our Aransas Pass store! 10 stars! Thank you!

I seldom leave these type of reviews, but here we go: if I get things right, every order or box comes with 2 sides…we ordered 2 3-pc boxes, got 2 small sides and 1 biscuit, period. Chicken was tasteless if it wasn’t for the breading. Not coming back.

The atmosphere felt very hostile just because I had told the girl I did not order a strawberry Fanta, which I did not… I had Said coke. She instantly gave attitude and insisted that I ordered a strawberry Fanta how are you gonna tell me I ordered that when I know what I ordered. She had looked back to her manager and started complaining about how I ordered a Fanta and this and that making it a huge deal, just give me the coke lady! That simple… anyways, the girl walked away, and the manager started to assist with the little attitude also at that I had already wanted my money back and asked for it back. For some reason he was very glad, and politely handed me my money. Weird place of all places I went too, very weird ugly vibe. Need to fire that girl cuz that was actually the second time with bad attitude

I prefer take out from here. They have a drive thru or you can go inside and place your order. There is parking; however the layout of the land dictates it was designed to be predominantly a drive thru restaurant. They even have a Military Discount. The Staff is very polite and depending on what time of day you get there they might be extremely busy. If you want fried chicken this is a good place to go.

Well the food was cold, the biscuits were harder than a rock, fries the same like all the rest. I think they were new hires or something I don’t know. But churches was never like that, I know because that was my mom’s favorite food until she passed away. So we all carry her tradition.

The chicken was fresh, but lord the taste was just disappointing. I was looking for that flavor / seasoning that the church normally has.. Nothing, but hot chicken (fresh out the grease). Everyone was great and very friendly, though.

it was around 3pm on a weekday i get off to order to go in the dinning room door was locked i see two workers behind counter i knock ty started yelling drive thru only well apparently ty were short staffed ty took forever ever at drive thru to take my order commen Sense tells you get pen paper right drive thru only put on door so all customers know and Chicken waa dry never going back!
