Church’s Restaurant 10428 Serves old food get your $$$ stomach ache. It is the worst the new owners are short changers and will sell old food that is stale and rubbery cold and near rock hard from sitting under that lamp all day. Charge $35 for old food and has the nerve to get mad cause I actually called to let them know they are selling old food that a gas station would sell. But that’s what to expect now I will not be wasting a dollar at that location. It was better before but it’s franchise so FYI go somewhere else or eat gas station food it will be just a bad maybe better

They didn’t offer military discount at this location on family meals and other things. Price went up, but flavor is still very good and now they offer some delicious honey butter biscuits with frosting. They even have churros with Hershey dip. I believe service was slow because understaffed, but again the price seemed to have gone up and tea is not in the front for easy refills. I highly enjoy that there is a plug at most of the tables. The food was definitely delicious, but know it appears to be costly and no Military discount.

After hearing about Church’s rebranding, I decided to give it a try. Despite the unchanged exterior, the food turned out to be piping hot and fresh. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the visit was both swift and efficient. However, getting to the location can be a bit awkward, even if you’re aware of where to turn in.

I drove through the drive through ordered 60 bucks worth of food and still waited 12min for the mac’n cheese finally I get home serve my family and only to realize that they didn’t give me all my purchasing food the left out my biscuits. Tell me who wants to leave in the middle of eating to drive to their establishment to tell them they left out food? And of course not once did they answer the phone.

Waited 30+ minutes in the drive through to receive some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Some black chick was too busy talking with her co-workers to actually treat me like half of a human. Food was less then mediocre especially when I waited over a half hour for it. Will never return here and would recommend to steer clear of this place.

For the only one to be in area food and service should be A1. Not only because yr a staple in the community. Your restaurant doesn’t show u put money back into yr community. If u don’t gt out to order the service is rude slow and for a chicken place (THEY STAY OUTTA CHICKEN) YES CHICKEN. And not a 15min out they will say 30 or 45 min wait w a smile so go early and be prepared to wait.
