Why is the lobby and drive thru closed at 6pm on a Friday? NO SIGN. NO EXPLANATION. Lights on. I see the employees inside sitting down eating and talking in the lobby. All 5 of them.. at least. I pulled around to the front and they’re literally pointing and laughing at cars piled up in a line! I’m never coming back to this location again or even another on period. Such a big let down especially after I was kind to give them a positive review on a survey they didn’t deserve since I waited 40min to even get my food.

I can’t begin to explain how upset I am. I worked at churches chicken at five palms for a couple days begining of May 2023 with the general manager Victor who hired me after working those few days I could already tell this wasn’t the job for me I never got a employee clock in number in the first place no uniform no hat no name tag nothing and then the store was out of all product no okra no spicy chicken,no dipping sauces, no Dr Pepper there was flies everywhere no cleaning supplies and I still haven’t gotten payed for working those days Ive been trying to talk to the general manager about getting paid and it’s been over a month already. I would really appreciate if the distract managers or person from HR Brittany I guess that’s her name I just got a name and number for HR but she hasn’t answered my calls or text me back so if some one from the main office could call me back. I haven’t received a check in the mail or nothing deposited in my instant card supposedly after the manager Victor said the problem was fixed I would appreciate if someone would contact me back

It’s such a huge let down but as I say this ,Church’s has always let me down. You pay $8 $9 for a chicken sandwhich they advertise & it doesn’t even look anything like what they advertise. I just want to thank them for taking my money and not even saying sorry. See pics that I added, it should explain it all. Looks nothing like the advertise. I’d call and complain but it’d be useless they won’t reimburse you or give you a new one. My dogs Barkin strips are bigger, and look better.
