My husband and I ordered the 10 piece spicy chicken box freshly made to go. They gave us two complimentary drinks. We were both very happy sipping away while waiting. We will for sure return.

We went to the Churchs on 495 in mcallen and after having so much trouble for the guy to take our order we had to move to the window to make sure he got it right. We paid and after waiting for 30 minutes by the window, he comes and tells us to move to the forward from the window because it’s going to be another 20 minutes to cook the white pieces of chicken we ordered. If not he could give us tenders! We were irate by this time because he should’ve told us when we were ordering. We had to get a refund from a female manager who didn’t even bother to apologize. In the meantime we had also noticed other customers complaining with her about the service and she had no tact! Never coming back to this Churchs. Went to the one on so. 10th and they didn’t have white meat also! Ended up at Popeyes and we had a good dinner!

Service here sucks! They took about 10min to take a damn order. Several employees were just spiraling around including what seems to be a team leader or manager. Then for them to make us wait for the chicken! Unbelievable!

This place never has anything don’t dare to go after 9 pm because nothing is available I will be surprised if they have a manager or supervisor available. Your best off to drive 7 minutes more to the one on nolana and 23rd St. Because this place is just a waste of business and property use.

Pulled up, got the kids out, and walked up only to see everything locked. No sign to indicate that the dining room is closed or anything, and no one told us otherwise. As it was the restaurant looked completely closed with no one inside. Took of to the sonics across the street instead.
