The staff here are very rude. They took over 20 minutes to make a spicy 2 piece meal and when we got up and asked why it was taking so long the manager rolled her eyes and began complaining to the other girls. Instead of fixing the problem the male manager didn’t bother to correct the staffs behavior or make up for the time and food wasted. When I asked for a refund the male manager complained he needed the receipt or he couldn’t refund the money. Worst service ever fire your manager and crew they all need retraining especially the managers what a disappointment!!! Never ordering from this place again and I will be contacting corporate.

The worst churchs location to go to in Brownsville. I stopped going there after they gave me my soda with a big full grown roach floating at the top that was still moving smh. I wish I could say this was a joke but It wasn’t and to make things worse when I brought it to the attention of the people that worked there they just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Honestly don’t trust this location and you’re better off going to any other churchs in town.

Horrible customer service. I had stopped going after they gave me undercooked chicken, but decided to give it another try since it’s close by. This last time, I had ordered 5 pcs of chicken and 6 biscuits + a drink. They asked me to park by curbside and I waited over 20 mins when they had initially said it’d take 8 minutes. The lady gaveme my food and didn’t even have my drink, I had to ask for her to double check. I get home and they only gave me 2 biscuits and 6 pcs of chicken? This is not the first time they mess up an order. I would understand for things like this to happen if the place is busy, but the times I’ve gone they’ve only had a car ahead of me. Unacceptable, just go elsewhere.

Worst experience. They do not know how to work under pressure if you can even call it that. Went back because they put something on my order that had NOTHING TO DO with what I ordered. Second time around still didn’t get my order the way I wanted it. I do not recommend this establishment at all. This is absurd. Wasted my lunch time waiting for the first order and then having to go back to get it wrong again. Never buying there again. Sad part is that it’s the closest one to my house. Poor management as well.
