Ordered a big family meal, and some extras. Didn’t mind the extra wait for fresh chicken and fish. Forgot something in my order, but was glad to attend to it and gave me 2 extra biscuits. Would’ve preferred an apple pie or a drink for the inconvenience, just saying. Thank you, Churches

Was told there was no chicken we would have to wait 25 mins. They came back 30 mins later to say they sold out to new customers and we would have to wait on new chicken to be cooked. Almost an hour and we are still here plus they never have !!!!

I use to love this place. I Had not purchased Church’s chicken in awhile. Quality has really declined. The flavor was very bland. Pieces of chicken were very small and mostly crust. Not to mention the higher prices.

Worst customer service!! The young lady with blonde hair clearly hates her job. She literally handed me my card and receipt l with attitude that the receipt flew away. I paid $22 for #1 an extra side and biscuits. So much for checking my receipt. She closed the window and walked to the back before I got a chance to say anything. I checked my order and drove off. Never again! The manager at this store needs to rethink keeping this ray of sunshine as an employee. It’s a no wonder this restaurant is always empty.
