I ordered a pretty good family order. The food was absolutely fresh. Although the food is great, the employee at the window taking orders, requested me to drive to the front and wait for my order because a customer was honking. Upon, parking in the front. Wasn’t even 2 minutes before they gave me my order. I asked her if everything was in there. One item was missing which was the fries. They were burnt to the crisp and they put 9 fries only for 2.49. I was like darn, “Aren’t we rationing at this location”. She told my daughter she had in fact put them into our order bag, and I had to get off and tell her ma’am. No you didn’t. And what you have handed to my daughter was uncalled for. I need argue the quantities but this was an absolute scam and rob. Check your orders and make sure your not called a liar. It’s not okay to accuse the customer of falsely stealing.

I only ordered from here just for their honey biscuits and when my delivery arrived the biscuits weren’t there!! They force you to pay a hole meal to be able to get the biscuits so I paid $27 bucks just to ve able to get their biscuits that at the end they didn’t included at all

Stay away from this location. This is the third time I’ve been here this year and everytime is the same. When I usually go in, it isn’t busy. If anything there are 2 cars ahead of me. But they will make me pull up to the curb and have me wait a pretty long time. Today I decided to count and from the time I paid up until I got my food it was about 35 minutes. The quality of the food seems pretty low in my opinion. But that’s not my gripe. Its more the time it takes to receive my order and if they get it right and today they did get a lot wrong with my order. I really hope they do something about the employees just standing. Maybe then the food will be coming out in a timely manner compared to the better serviced locations elsewhere.

I ordered 10 chicken tender meal, got home and almost all of the tenders were still raw, pink in the middle and no where near tender and biscuits were rock hard!!! I tried calling several times but no one answers, today is Wednesday September the 28th. From 9pm till 9:30pm I’ve been calling to speak with someone. I’ll be going by in the morning! Hope none of us get salmonella from biting and ingesting the raw chicken! Last time I ordered the tenders were burnt, can I get them in the middle area next time, that’s if there’s a next time!!!

Hadn’t gone in a while, dining room was clean, okay customer service. Chicken was nice and hot and skin crunchy. But did have an off taste. Don’t know if ingredients to cook it change or what but didn’t taste as before.

Worst church’s chicken ever, we were waiting for more than 30 minutes, and when my husband asked, they said oh we don’t have macaroni.” You have to wait 10 more minutes they should know from the beginning and tell us no wait 30 minutes later… it’s not the first time, so I am definitely not going back

I paid almost $10.00 ($9.29) for two 3 piece chicken boxes and I feel robbed. The chicken legs were tiny with no meat and burned. The chicken thighs were very small, burned and all coating. I purchased them at noon time and no chicken on trays so I guess what I got were left over chicken that were from a previous day or very earlier during the morning. I understand everything has gone up in price but this is totally theft. Never again Church’s Fried Chicken.

Came to get the Chicken Fried Steak Meal for Dinner. The meal was Delicious!!! The Staff were very friendly. Place was very Clean. Facemask is Required. Not too many people inside the Restaurant. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
