Just moved to the area and this has to be the worst experience of any place I have been. The young man at the register just stared at me when I walked in, barely spoke, and the visible staff seemed more like prisoners than employees. There was a gentleman waiting for food when I arrived, and was still waiting after I had eaten and left. The chicken had no flavor, like it was just breaded in plain flour. After waiting about 10 minutes when they handed my order, the young man told me it would be another 10 minutes for a biscuit and said do you just want to take it without? No manager in site. Who was supposed to train these people? No wonder they looked like they have been to battle and lost. Where is the leadership?

Another bad experience at this location. Had to wait 15 minutes, again, for chicken strips. No warning or advisement from the staff. This seems to be the norm here. I do not recommend going to this location. I really like the food but the service makes it too difficult for me to frequent the restaurant. You would be better served getting your chicken strips at one of the other fast food places in town, or traveling out of town to a different location.

Air conditioning didnt work, too hot inside!! The woman’s restrooms are so dirty and the chicken stripes were chicken ultra mini stripes!! With the restaurant totaly empty taked 10 minutes to make the order

This location has an employee who really focuses on customer service. He needs to be promoted. Not many fast food associates Listen; then do what the customer wants n expects. This young man does. It’s Church’s. Either you like it or you don’t. I love it. It’s just an easy kind of inexpensive chicken that has two decent sides. The Mac and bombers. The mash sucks and the corn is corn. Chicken sandwiches are super delicious though. Easily better than other fast food places around.
