I came in to town to visite family. And got a craving. I ordered 2 tacos of carne guisada. The young lady who took my order had a ugly attitude. I was not greeted she nearly spoke a word to me. It was as if I was bothering her. The tortilla was still raw. The meat had no flavor at all. I was not given a napkin, salt packet or salsa. My drink was 3 quarters of the way full. Do not go to this place. I was so disappointed because when I lived in town the food was great. I paid $11.79 high way robbery!!! Never again . Save your money.

I was passing through on my way from Laredo to Fort Worth. I have never in my 40+yrs life never seen a Churches Chicken that serves Menudo. So I had to make a U-turn and ordered some, it was delicious, and probably the best I have ever had.

This is the third time in a matter of two months that my order has been messed up. First I got a sandwich when I ordered tenders, second I didn’t get the right size tenders or the right side, and today I didn’t get the sauce I asked for or my side of Mac n cheese (which they charged me for). I just want something quick to eat sometimes and I know it’s inexpensive and somewhat decent food so I don’t mind going here but I really wish I could just get the right order at least. Whoever is working here is just plain lazy and I know for a fact I am not the only one who gets the wrong order regularly. Management needs to do a better job at hiring good employees who value customer service.
