I have went several times over the last couple months thinking I was just imagining how rude the Indian lady working is. I have probably tried returning different times to get a different server but it’s always the same person and she is so rude. She starts of rude and proceeds to take it to a hole nother level if you attempt to use a coupon or get the special. last week I used a coupon for chicken and she tried to say my card declined I asked if someone else could run the card and somehow it worked ya right. now tonight I ordered some food of course it was her and she was rude again but I presented another coupon for a buy one get one side to see if it made her mad of course now all of a sudden they don’t have sides like I’m stupid its even on the menu I know how to read.

Ordered chicken strips and a sandwich, waiting nearly an hour and canceled my order. They claim 1 or more items are “out of stock”. This specific restaurant does this every time, which has been the past 4 times.

I ordered a 5 piece special with coupon! Service is fast, friendly! Food is nice and hot, biscuits are delicious! Coleslaw tastes great! I just wish there was one closer to home! Chicken still hot when I got home, but fries, and biscuits cooled off. I like Popeyes chicken best!

After waiting 10 minutes for “FRESH” chicken this is what we got!!! What wasn’t burnt, was old!! I’ve eaten churches chicken for most of my life and this one here….WOW!!! We came in from a long drive, all we wanted was something good to eat and get some rest. We were very disappointed!!

Worked my way up to district manager at a Church’s in TN. So I know how good they can be and this store always fails to deliver. Our chicken was room temperature and the crust was torn up which breaks the batter barrier and results in greasy and dried out chicken. I keep hoping they will improve. One good point is the young lady made us fresh fried okra.

This was the first time I’d ever had Churches and it was delicious! I wish I had one closer to me. I had never eaten fried gizzards and they we’re delicious. The restaurant itself was very dirty. It could definitely use a deep clean everywhere. The girls that worked in there were grumpy and didn’t seem like they liked their job.
