This place is the worse place to get chicken. Always have to wait and never have chicken ready. They take several orders at the window and then have you wait till all orders are ready. It doesn’t matter when you ordered. I waited 45 minutes last week to realize that my order was sitting on the counter. They wanted until they got all the other car’s orders ready to take them all out at once. I was the first car there. Never will I go back to the one on Andrews Hwy

Didn’t have a good experience today, we got chicken that tasted like it was made yesterday also had NO flavor, macaroni was nasty and mushy, and half the biscuits were very hard my kids couldn’t even eat them. It’s 1 thing to jack up prices because everything is going up but it’s pretty pointless when they wanna serve old nasty food! Either shut down or do better $45 was just waisted on trash no use in calling to complain because I’m sure nothing will be solved. I do NOT recommend anyone else waist their money!

My wife and I placed our order, 2 combo#5s Mac and cheese for the sides and an 8 piece bombers. We were told to it would be a 10-15 min wait. Was told to pull forward, waited 10 min, give it take, just to get a dried up piece of chicken on 2 rock hard buns, and no dressing or pickles,Mac and cheese seemed old with burnt cheese like it was scraped off the side of the last of the pan. Great job on the bombers though. Those were actually fresh. First time I’ve been to this locations in since I was a teen

Please check your order before you leave. They forgot one of my sides and substitute pieces when they don’t have enough for your order. I only like dark meat and got breast pieces to complete my order. The sides were not up to par. Macaroni and cheese was burnt. I order the same thing every time and it is getting worse and worse.

This is the second time that i ordered and it was gross both times. Idk if they are just not cleaning the grease? If they are rushing because they were sorta busy. But they had us pull to the front to wait for an excessive amount of time the first time was about a 15 minute wait and this time was about 6 minutes. They told us it would only be 3 minites for them to make spicy tenders and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The fries that came with my tenders were soggy and soaked in grease. The sandwich was not fresh nor crispy. Will definitely not be returning!
