We were traveling through and waited more than 5 minutes to hear from someone at the drive-thru to take our order. A blonde lady came out and looked at the menu with a receipt in her hand, then proceeded to tell me “she’ll be right with you”. Never heard from anyone- not even a courteous “give me a sec, I’ll be right with you”. We left without hearing from anyone.

Terrible. They definitely need a better system. One person takes orders and payment. After he gets 6 or so orders in he prints out the receipts then goes and starts filling the orders meanwhile other employees mill around In the back and customers wait to place orders. Took 15 minutes to get 2 pieces of chicken that’s already cooked sitting on the shelf Chicken was dry and biscuit was hard as a rock. Only ate half a drum and into the trash the meal went. Hope I don’t get sick. Just keep driving. Whatever you do don’t stop

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Not only were they out of a few menu items, I was overcharged for what I ordered. Their $5 meal deal ended up costing me $5.99 plus $2.39 for the “additional” side. When I questioned the manager about the overcharge I was told it was due to the tax. And the 2.39 was for the second side item. I pointed out to her that the meal deal came with two sides and she told me that it didn’t. When in fact her menu board clearly stated that two sides came with the meal. Wouldn’t even give it one star but at least one of the employees there understood what I was talking about.
