They had always been really bad with getting the orders correct, missing items , and never having certain sides or original chicken which was understandable and bearable but this time they crossed the line with a huge long and disgusting hair embedded in between the batter and chicken Right at the top of my box. And when I went to return it nobody in that place had a hair net…last time buying there I would rather drive ALL the way to San Eli’s churches IF I ever want chicken again after this gross encounter which I highly doubt.

Walked in at 8:30 pm tonight and asked for a 16 piece meal. The girl behind the counter says we only have 15 pieces is that ok. I said no and left. This right here shows what and how they care about their customers. This location by far has the worst service. Hopefully they’ll close it and level the building then at least it can be used for something more useful to lazy employees

Absolutely filthy. One employee had his mask below his nose and as he was helping a co-worker throw fries in the fryer with his bare hands, he rubbed his nose TWICE during the process. I had already paid, but told the cashier that I needed to run out to the car for a minute…I had already paid, but left anyway. The entire place looked unclean.

It’s decent for its price point. Can’t really beat the amount for the cheap price, but honestly the chicken is sub par at best. Most wings don’t have much meat. Fast serve times and simple dining layout. The place is very clean.
