I ordered a 50$ meal and the manager miss Luz A.D refused to give me a little extra sauces for the meal I bought. I don’t care about how much the order comes with or how your supposed to regulate the sauces, it’s bad customer service period. Are you going to go bankrupt for giving me 4 extra sauces!!!!!! Or is it coming out of your own damn check Luz!!!!?! Your customer service and social skills suck. Anyone who has an issue go to the website and report the issues they have with this location. I just did.

I get my order right most of the time. Be warned you’ll probably have to wait a bit of you want all spicy chicken. Worth the wait though. Nothing like piping hot, juicy, spicy chicken from Church’s. I usually get the $20 family meal with 12 pieces, 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. Its like an adult happy meal. Love it. Keep in mind if you’re paying with card only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. One time the payment system was down altogether and they were accepting cash only. Overall pretty reliable and convenient if you need a quick family meal.

Order the 10 piece chicken , 2 large coke slaw and 2 large coke slaw she I got home there was only one slaw. Called and was inform that they were too busy and could not help me. People check your order before leaving, if missing something they will not honor it.

So many bad reviews doubt this one will make a difference. I ordered large jalapeño cheese bombers they charged me $0.65 for two packets of ranch dressing. The okra and corn on the cob were overcooked.

The quality of the chicken is trash. I don’t know if it’s whose working right now or if it is all the time. The chicken itself was dark in color like still frozen when they threw it on the fryer. Yuck

Bad experience today for dinner ate in and the Mac and cheese didn’t look like mac and cheese was soggy and had no flavor. The chicken tenders were raw and tiny the shrimp was tiny looked like I got a kids meal. I didn’t say anything about the tenders being raw because I didn’t want anyone to spit in my food. I actually lost my appetite and left.

Very disappointing, I used the drive through to try a different fried chicken joint. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides, I received extra greasy chicken. And no biscuits. I probably won’t make the effort to drive back here any time soon.
