I ordered from door dash, I pay for 10 pieces of tenders I received 9 and one of them was old hard like a piece of plastic uneatable it supposed to come with 2 LARGE SIDES,I received 2 small ones.Terrible service, bad quality, definitely not fresh tenders.

They never have product like honey plates etc. You go 2 hours before before they close and they always say we only have thighs. We ask if they will have more and they say that’s it for the day. End up going somewhere else. ALWAYS happens.

The chicken is good, but I placed an order for delivery and when I opened the box one of the pieces had a large feather in it which grossed me out. Why couldn’t they if pulled it out before putting it in the box??!!!! Sorry, to grossed out to eat it.

Came in and waited and waited then finally I yelled for someone and the girl comes out from around the corner on her phone, then 30 seconds later the manager comes out talking on her phone. The biscuits are like a rock. Churches are really going downhill with their service.

I remember when I used to work in a restaurant we had to greet people nicely, repeat their order and try to up sell. They would tell us don’t argue with the customer, and that the customer was always right.So I get my food, and I got 2 chicken sandwiches and they looked nasty, and the chicken looked old. I go tell the employee, that took my order that the sandwiches looked nasty, and that the chicken was old and I wanted my sandwiches done over. Not only she replied rudely, but told me that the chicken was still good that she wouldn’t serve it to me if it wasn’t good. She told me it would take seven minutes for them to be ready, and in top of that my kids and I were eating and made me get up for the sandwiches. Seriously, I don’t know why this persons work in customer service if they don’t like interacting with people.
