I went in, got on line, waited my turn while clerk was helping others. When it was my turn, I tried to select my order, but an Asian man rushed from behind, got his order in while I explained my order to clerk, and paid for his order at the same time I paid for my order and walked out with his food in hand while I waited for my food to be prepared. I ended up paying nearly 12.00 for this. Would you like the experience of that ordeal?

If I could rate no stars I would. I have given this location chances, hoping the last bad experience was the last. Unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. I go through drive through all the time, the workers are very friendly, however that’s not my problem. I don’t get all the items I’ve paid for and the quality of the food isn’t great. Something is always not fresh or too hard to eat. One time I got expired Mac&cheese. My whole family was throwing up and had the runs, just from 1 spoonful. I thought my kids were just being picky and not eating the Mac & cheese so I taste it …oh no! It’s was bad! I called and the manager said it’s impossible for them to serve me rotten food. (Haha!) I really hope this place changes for the better. It’ll be along time before I go here again, if I ever do. If you decide to go here, check your whole order before you leave, and make sure your given a receipt. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Last 3 times coming here was dissappointed. Don’t use a coupon because they are going to charge you what they want, not coupon price. They up charge okra as a premium side. Macaroni and cheese is a glob of something orange, weird taste and or burnt. Okra old, cold, and salty. It seems they are under new management or something. Place has definitely changed. This used to be a go to for my family a few times a month. Not any more.

This is the third time I received Mac n cheese from them like this. It’s solidified and burned. I asked them if it was fresh because two previous times it was thick and you couldn’t even separate it with a spoon. This is the worst I’ve seen. I called to talk to the manager and was told the manager left and doesn’t return calls. No return call again today. I wouldn’t even serve this to a pet! Ridiculous!

This place was a big disappointment on the food quality and the Mac and cheese was not cooked all day and watered down completely. The chicken was under cooked and the service was ok not what I expected… If I was able to give no stars I would but I’ll just do only one star.

Twice now they didn’t give me all my order. Ordered family meal that includes 2 sides but only got one side. The chicken was burnt as well. I dont recommend this place.

I ordered the bourbon pepper 1/2 chicken combo, it was terrible, the chicken was old and dried out, make sure you ask for fresh chicken and some that hasn’t been under a heat lamp for a long time.

Hadn’t been to one in a long time tried it out. Ordering was easy and not much traffic in drive-thru so got it fast. Should have checked bag cause didn’t get everything I had ordered. Did call once I got home and did go back and gor missing food plus extra biscuits for my trouble. Forgot how greasy the chicken is and how small the sides are. Only saving grace are the biscuits. Luckly this is what was missing and what I got extra of for going back.
