This place double taxed us for a meal then charged us Xtra for a Macaroni and Cheese side. Over paid for really bad service and food. The Mac and cheese was burnt and horrible. The workers don’t care about their customers or business. One employee was rude to my wife at the drive thru. The employee never told us about extra charges and was just a horrible person. Never going to this place again.

Recently found out this Church’s was so close to me I had been traveling to the one on Peoria for years. Today I bought a large family dinner here at 75th and cactus and I will NEVER go back to the other location.. my chicken today was so fresh and crunchy everything was hot and the restaurant was extremely clean every one of the employees was inviting and so nice.. they earned themselves a life long customer.. especially the young lady at the front she was extremely helpful and fast..

We love the spicy chicken and it was still juicy as leftovers the next day. We come every few months and usually deal with the male employees and they are always super kind. This last time it was a female and her customer service was well… could benefit on additional training on how to treat people. I guess greetings and common curiosity is a thing of the past with the younger girls. It wasn’t busy in drive thru either. I smiled and said hello when I got to the window and she reached her hand out the window and said the price which I couldn’t hear her because she was looking inside at something. Had to wait for the receipt to see what I paid. But the gentleman who took my order was sweet and used manners while asking me to hold on and while taking my order. Will still come back so we shall see if anything changes then.

Great fresh fried chicken. Staff are always nice and throw in extra dipping sauce without being jerks about it. Tea and soda are good. Their sides are good and tenders also. When the have the peppered rotisserie it is to die for. So much flavor. Love it. Store is clean and food prepared in clean environment

The experience kinda of sucked, got a shrimp and tender deal, description indicated large drink, two tenders and 4 shrimp, with fries, and two sauces. Three out of five is close enough, they also didn’t know their own menu, then last I was never given a receipt.

This place is off. I only enjoyed the biscuit and the fried okra with my meal. The chicken and soda had a weird flavor. My hometown Church’s is way better prepared. I believe it starts with the staff not enjoying their jobs or behaving they would rather be somewhere else.
