Mac and Cheese half full. So I told them and a lady came up and said yeah i’m the manager I filled it myself that’s the way it’s supposed to be 3 scoops there’s nothing I can do about it and was very rude to me and my family after we spent $60 for a 16pc meal and one extra side. Wont be eating there again.

Visited during rush hour, shortly after 5pm. Staff was super quick with getting orders out. Fast, efficient and accommodating. The manager and employees who worked 3 November 2022 were super nice and very professional.

Drive thru service needs better customer service. Asked the girl there today to repeat what she said and she yelled back angrily and unprofessionally. First words were “i already told you! Shaylincina was the name on the receipt. Wow. Never experienced that in a drive thru I was shocked she needs better training! Everything advertsed outside is not on the menu or changed to higher price when you pay. Ordered the family meal for $20 which was supposed to include biscuits and jalapenos but there were none
