Not worth the money I spent, chicken is dark brown and tasted like it was cooked in old oil Mashed potatoes are runny Mac and cheese are runny it’s disgusting…. Literally DISGUSTING. Not to mention the old girl working the window and serving the food. Is unprofessional right off the bat she had a very juvenile attitude. I called her when I got home to let her know the mashed potatoes were awkwardly running and the macaroni and cheese was also disgustingly runny. She tells me well nobody else has complained. (Like a little kid) I explained to her how awful this food looked and tasted if I can get my money back. Of course she doesn’t have that authority. Go figure, I let her know I can bring them back to show her. She tells me No then laughs and tells me she’ll swap em out. And Honestly I don’t feel comfortable taking for from someone who has this childish mentality. She’s the type to do something inappropriate. So she tells me to call RUTH tomorrow and hangs up on me. However, it’s not just the food I’m paying for. I am disappointed and disgusted off the food and the service. This location and herself should be ashamed.

The price was all wrong, I asked for just three orders and all of them were wrong,!!!!!! She asked if we wanted to go we said no, But they put it in to-go anyway ?I asked for plates to stay there and eat and she said They didn’t have any, Drinks where wrong, then I waited about 10 minutes from my order? they had already given the other two people there’s so here I am nicely waiting from my order. I finally asked for my order , And it’ll be the last time I go there.

Went in there on my way home. Go through drive through there was a “out of service” and so iwe go to the window. I get out to go to the counter. I waited a while and I was the only customer. Finally, a worker asked me what to order. I give her order then a manager comes out from the back. I told her you are “out of otder” drive thru. Then she tells the girl who was putting my order together to take down the signs in the drive thru. Well, because she took over my order. She forgot my cole slow. I had to remind her about napkins. She explained she had a faulty headphone at the drive thru?

Went tgru drive thru. No one was there. Waited for my order for 20 minutes. Served everyone else after me, and hadn’t started on my order when I had to go inside. Charged me for the wrong meal. Customer service was a joke. Very rude. Not going back, i will go out of my way to go to the one on Louisiana and zuni from now on.

This is the worst church’s ever the service sucked they never not once in three years got my order correct and they always forget the biscuits and the food is never fresh I dont recommend this place to anyone the time before this time I waited along with three other customers 55 min to get our food and they said we could not get our money back cuz they closed there registers one gentleman was waiting that long for two pieces of chicken that was it unbelievable

Church is fading like a drowning dog. Terrible experience today. First of all they don’t remember what you order, you have to double check when you received it. Second of all this is probably the most pathetically treated corn I’ve seen. BLAND, OILY, and EXPENSIVE AF!! 2.99$ for one corn? I would though they are washing money for cartels merely based on their quality of food and service.
