I really wasn’t very impressed except, for one lady who was working her tail off. The chicken wasn’t crisp, the biscuits were hard, and the apple pie was pretty blah. We cleaned our table before we sat down, but still couldn’t get all of the gross stuff off. I won’t be returning.

The biscuits were small, very small. The food was cold and you could tell the chicken was cooked well before serving. The registers were broke. The staff seemed more focused on the drive thru and not on the counter inside. The staff was polite and you could tell they were frustrated.

We came an hour before closing time and had the fried chicken, and a shrimp combo. It’s all hard to chew. However, the corn and biscuit was good. Busy place with drive in customers but we managed to get good and friendly service.

Horrible customer service when ordering and at the window. The lady said she only had 5 pieces of chicken. But 4 cars behind me and ordered also. I wanted to put her name here but she was using someone else’s name on the POS system. Over all horrible. We do this for a living and own our own restaurants it’s not that hard to take care of the customers!!

Chicken thighs come out with a soggy texture under the breading and skin. Not good. The evening staff, at least the ones working the window have improved greatly, but I made the mistake of visiting in the afternoon and going inside. Waitstaff inside ignore the counter as if you are not standing there, and when you do get then they are rude and dismissive. I walked out.

The food that I ordered was so old it was stuck to the Bone and extremely dry the biscuit was the size of a half dollar and hard as a rock the jalapeno bombers look like they had been sitting there for over an hour whole meal was just terrible old I didn’t even eat it but I went to another Church’s Chicken on 98th and they were amazing gave me fresh food and customer service was 100% amazing the one on Central the customer service was so poor the girl at the drive-thru was so unhappy and rude I spoke to the manager Victor he said there was nothing he could do and they have no district manager or nobody else that I can contact because they are franchise. The manager on 98th Street who is extremely kind her name was Romina and she was exceptional with her customer service thank you ramena for making my lunch a good one and the food was excellent I will never go to the one on Central again if you look at the pictures I would have been better throwing my money away in the trash

The manager likes to be outside talking with family and or friends. Not very clean. Somewhat friendly. And it was expensive and the food was not cooked thoroughly and soggy. I only got an 8 piece chicken meal all for $40.00 with no receipt..

Got a 2 piece meal , they forgot my drink, the lady at the window rudely hands me my food , drops the side of mashed potatoes while handing it to me , I picked it up gave it back and without my knowledge charged me for an extra side of mashed potatoes, and don’t ever get mini churros you can tell they’ve been sitting there for hours maybe even day

Take out on Central and Yucca. Dry weekend chicken. I have an iron stomach but this chicken made me ill. Old bird. The sides were ok. But near 50 bucks to sit on the can all night and next day. Never again.
