The employees are definitely really sweet but I had a craving for churchs because I hadn’t had it in so long. However, it did not meet my expectations of how it tasted when I had it back home. The chicken wasn’t super fresh and tasted a little over cooked. I actually like for my chicken to be greasy but it was dry. Not to mention my husband spotted a roach and killed it. I haven’t seen a roach in a restaurant in so long but that comes with the territory of dining in instead of driving thru. The restaurant wasn’t clean because of all the crumbs that were still left on the floor and the visible handprints on the bathroom door. The drink machine to get free refills doesn’t work so the workers have to get it for you but because the man made additional drinks for us on accident the lady worker gave me one of the extras he made which wasn’t what I asked for -strawberry Fanta not cherry. Nice people, but whoever owns this place needs to do a better job of hiring or managing. Sorry to write this church’s

Absolutely terrible service, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge or explain the wait time. And they got the order wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This store needs better management because of very poor customer service. My sister ordered a family meal and the cashier on drive thru rudely gave her her debit card back. Causing my sister to go inside the store where the cashier continued to antagonize my sister and spit on her. I don’t know where this child thinks it’s ok to spit on people regardless the situation. It should have never gotten that Far. I think hard working folks such as ourselves deserve better. I’d rethink visiting this place anytime in the near future.

I paid almost $20 for a chicken sandwich combo and a fiesta box. And service took a while too. We get home and our food was half filled. They gave us all the fries at the bottom so I couldn’t even eat half of the half serving I got as they were crunchy and brittle. The worker was getting frustrated with us just because we couldn’t understand him through the speaker as it was breaking up multiple times and we politely asked him to repeat himself. I feel like they were frustrated with us and decided to give poor service. Food is making my stomach upset too. Never going back. It always takes too long just for overpriced mediocrity.

This is the worst place to eat! We used the drive thru and they shorted our order. The coleslaw stinks and we did not get our sides. Do yourself a favor and eat anyplace other than this pig pen!

I went through drive through. Service was okay, but the food wasn’t. Something is off about their fried chicken. Normally, Churches is my favorite chicken joint. Texas Churches looks like them, but definitely isn’t. I won’t be back. This was my second time. Decided maybe they had an off day, and have them another go. I was immediately sorry I had done so.

This place says there open until 10 .. but after we got our order 745pm…our order missing the 8 biscuits that comes with the family meal and our pie I called several times and nobody picked up the phone for an hour.. so I sent my husband back to the store..the cheapskates couldn’t give him what was missing from our order he showed her the receipt from our online order and the lady told him she couldn’t help him where’s your manager or refund our money!

Sad to say, but Churches quality is going down hill. We just sat down for dinner and found that their chicken pieces have gotten smaller. The cooks are probably cooking the smaller pieces for the same amount of time, and at the same temperature making the chicken tough, chewy, dry and overcooked.
