Two of us stopped here on a road trip to Arizona. Was my first time, I had no prior knowledge of this chain. It’s not a very big place and there were only a cpl other customers. You can see a bunch of the cooked chicken that’s ready to go and it definitely looks delicious. The guy who took our order was friendly enough and when we told him we were dining in he said he would let us know.when it was ready. We saw food on the counter for a little while after a take out order left and the only other person in there was eating. I went up and looked at with no one saying it was our order, I asked and was told it was ours. I also was asked what dipping sauce I would like for my chicken strips when we ordered and had to remind him when I grabbed the tray. The food was just ok, wasn’t overly impressed and based on my overall experience, I probably wouldn’t stop again. Now I’m not saying don’t stop, just being honest about my experience.

Well I wait in the Drive-Thru line for close to 20 minutes before an employee came out to tell us that there was the Karen stuck at the drive-thru window that refused to leave. Apparently it was over a payment issue she didn’t have enough and they refunded her money but since it was going to take one to two days to go back on her card she refused to leave. I don’t understand why the restaurant didn’t just deal with the situation rather than making all of us paying customers wait. And then it took about 10 minutes when I walked inside to get my food anyway. If they were sitting there the whole time I don’t understand why they didn’t have chicken strips up. They did not offer any of the customers anything for the inconvenience. I asked if they could put in a mashed potato into my family meal. They did when I got home it was halfway full. All in all it was decent food but having to wait 30 minutes because some customers a couple bucks short. That is ridiculous I would have paid it as a customer for that lady so that she would leave and then everybody could be happy. Manager should know better giving credit for a couple dollars on a meal is not a big deal especially if it prevents you from losing customers in the future because you made them wait so long. In the future they should resolve the situation quicker. Or at least come out and tell the people waiting and drive through not make them wait 20 minutes before saying something. More than likely I will not visit this location again. Oh yeah and they didn’t give me any dipping sauces or even offer them. No napkins either. It was just bad service after waiting that long. Just unimpressive the whole way around. And why not have food cooked if everybody’s just sitting there waiting. Why would I have to wait for my food again?

Do not recommend. So much mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich. The pickles were also COLD and the chicken had black spots on it. I only ate it because I was hungry and I was on a road trip. Soda was also so bad and there was no ice. Restrooms were also not clean. First one-star review I leave on Google maps. So disappointed. This location needs to be fixed because back in texas the chicken sandwich is good.

This particular restaurant location was a very poor excuse for an eating establishment. None helping to manage three young people that were trying their best to get their customers taken care of. The food was very greasy. Even for fried chicken and the place was dirty. What a shame.

You can see what is wrong with the food right off the bat ! I called and the person i spoke to was the one who packed it and he acted like there was nothing wrong with it ! Then hung up on me when i asked for his supervisor ! He said your going to have to give her a min i said that was fine ill wait as long as i have to then he rudely hung up on me ! I cant believe how unprofessional this location is ! Its disgusting that they even had the adacity to send food like that. Make it again if you have to! I paid extra for grub hub and this is what i get!!! The grub hub driver even said they were rude to him as well. Now they wont even answer my calls! Im defeneitly escalating this to corporate!

We needed dinner in a hurry for 12 adults and a couple kids, so we ordered an 18 pc and a 12 pc with the usual sides and jalapeño bombers. Everyone enjoyed the food and I especially enjoyed the honey butter biscuits. At less than $7 per person, we thought it was a very good deal.

Dry burned chicken asked for biscuits no biscuits one corn asked for 2. Mac and cheese dry and sticky asked for legs and thighs got only thighs. Asked for large m. potatoes got 2 small one no gravy. The attitude in this place sucks try calling the place they never answer took me 4 days to reach the manager. Only to hear her in the back ground “im to busy” told person on phone about my complaint had corporate talked to them shes busy call before 4 pm thats when shes off. Churches chiccken on 98th street. If i could leave zero stars I would.
