I don’t know if it’s just me but the Chicken here seems to be of better quality than it was a couple of years ago. I did not like it too much before because the chicken had a lot of fat. I stopped going here then decided to stop by to see if it was that bad but to my surprise, it is really good now. The chicken had no fat and was tasty. I will be returning regularly. The price is also great !! KFC is almost double the price and on some items more than double !!

Lobby was not open at time of my visit. My order was missing items. I had to stand outside the drive thru lane in the heat or wait in the 7 car line. The food was good.

Looking through the reviews of late, I went in planning on falling back to Popeyes if the line was too crazy. Must have hit them at a good time around 5:30pm. There was only 2 cars in the drivethrough and the food was on point with adequate service, even though the speed of service was more “casual” than “lightning fast” as it appears from the outside, but with no cars piled up, it wasn’t a concern. Throwing a 5 star review their way for the 5 star service provided today.

My husband and I walked into this restaurant. We noticed that the sitting area was completely empty. My husband said, “Hey, we have the whole place to ourselves!” We walked up to the counter. There were at least 5 ladies immediately, by the counter. All were laughing and having a great time. We stood there waiting for one of them to acknowledge us but no one would. They would look at us and continue to talk and laugh with each other. We waited to see when someone would ask us for our order, but still, nothing. I finally said, “Hello, is anyone going to acknowledge us?” I had a smile on my face because I was still waiting for them to fix things. They all stopped talking and looked at us but no one apologized, nor asked us, still for our order. I said, “Really?!” Then, I told my husband, “Let’s go.” We are Texans and we feel bad that these people are giving Texas a bad name, by representing a Texas brand. I understand that after Covid, no one wants to work so we have to be grateful for those who do show up, but what does it matter if these people showed up, they don’t want to give any type of customer service, even for what they’re getting paid for.

I paid almost $40 to not even get my entire order… and when i asked for my receipt girl said Manchine wasn’t printing the receipts… now i know why they didn’t want to give me my receipt… now i cant go and make them fix my order because i have no proof of their mess up… going back to kfc

When we went in at lunch time I expected to wait but we got fresh food quick! Spicy chicken was crispy and juicey and the sides were great. I do wish you got a little more gravy with the potatoes but they are still delicious! Biscuits are sweet and the right amount of stuff and crunchy. Will definitely be returning when we’re in Las Cruces

Very filthy restaurant with flies all over the place. My family and I walked in and stood there for about 4 to 5 minutes at the counter and we would not acknowledge at all. They have horrible customer service so do yourself a favor and keep driving because this place is filthy.

Always delicious and good customer service! I think who seemed to be the manager let us know their tenders were a bit old and dropped some fresh for us! Fresh Church’s is always worth the wait! Surprised that it seems I’ve always had better service here than El Paso which I can’t say for other places in Cruces. Love this location highly recommended
