Love is the answer
This Church’s Chicken place is so hit or miss. For one this is the second time I received chicken that was old and re-fried from this location. You can tell that the chicken wasn’t fresh. Also the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Staff was pretty decent though. I don’t pay money to receive old food. Please do better!

I never leave comment for places good or bad but this restaurant is next level messed up no joke. It the WORST!! I do delivery and also I’m a customer myself. I have never seen a fast food place worse than this. When your order is missing The tall big black dude (maybe the manager ) always stare at you like its none of his business. I have about 10 times order missing by them. Its constantly happening to every customer. to that manager If you want get paid then do your job. Otherwise just get fired. Because its constantly happening. This place should have been out business long ago don’t know why still there. Everything could be wrong is wrong in here You are lucky if you get your order after 40 minutes wait. Lot of time they say order is canceled after wait. And he refuse to refund nor doing nothing

Worst experience of my life!! When you see what my chicken sandwich looked like you’d think they were trying to poison me. I cannot believe the amount of mayonnaise smacked on those 2 HARD pieces of bread with 8 pickles piled up! The food line outside only had 2 people in it and no one was in the store. It still took 30 min to get my food in drive thru. I will NOT be back! You can be sure of that ish!! Grosssssas!!! oh and the chicken was HARD & COLD!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! It took 45 minutes for a 12 pc family meal, then to be told they didn’t have a side I had ordered and was asked if I wanted another side. I still waited and then as my order was being packed they gave me legs and thighs even after I emphasized “mixed” and then they were about forget my poppers but I asked and then they stated they forgot and I had to wait longer bcz they had to cook them. The girls comes to me with some of my poppers missing. I will be reaching out to corporate bcz this store is extremely bad at their customer service and fulfilling orders.

Fast food that’s not very fast. I’m not one to give bad ratings often but this place clearly needs some changes as looks like my experience was not a one-off. I should have known as they open at 11am but Google says 1030am. I was the first customer of the day and the manager told me it’ll be 20-25 minutes for my order. It’s been over 40 min and my order is still not ready. And after 40 min they just informed they have no more shrimp for one of my orders. Finally got my order after a 50 minute wait which is just a family meal and a fish sandwich. And remember. I’m the first customer of the day for them.

I have no idea what’s wrong with this church’s chicken. Me and my wife ordered 10pcs spicy chicken, and waited 20 minutes(no problem at all). We open the box when we got home and find out that the chicken wasn’t spicy. I won’t write a bad review just for that. What disgusted my the most, is that there’s a bite mark on the chicken. I’m sure they didn’t bite the raw chicken, so some animal bites it and they didn’t find out? I call back to the store, and the manager sounded like I was lying. Take a look of the picture yourself. Btw the taste of the chicken is garbage, smells like vantage oil. I took this picture fresh out of the box. Whatever the manager’s name is, please take a look of this picture with your own eyes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you’re a delivery driver DO NOT ACCEPT PICKUPS FROM THIS LOCATION! The employees are rude. They’re always out of half the menu items. They refuse to do substitutions even if you speak to the customer right in front of them. Snarky employee told me I had to call Uber to get the substitutions approved and have them change the order, which is a lie all uber can do is cancel the order. She claimed this is how it has to be done, I’ve been driving with Uber Eats since 2018 it has never been done like that. I waited 45 mins the last time I picked up just for them to make a flipping order of mac n cheese. Today was the first time in over a year I decided to give them another chance. Waste of almost an hour and both orders had to be canceled. I will never pick up from them again. The location at 7925 Rainbow should throw in the towel and just close.

This location (7925 s Rainbow Blvd) needs a new GM (James) immediately!! The service is a nightmare everytime. There’s never enough chicken and wait times are up to 1hr. This place is managed for a simple 3pc drive through order due to the lack of product and staff. The staff turnover rate is horrible under this GM. The place is always filthy, cant even dine there. The only customers inside are the ones upset because of long wait times. James doesn’t care about complaints or feedback, nor does the ownership (facts). I suggest contacting Nevada Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau to help with your concerns. Corporate needs to remove this owner from its franchise and find a solution for this location, have some dignity Churches Texas Chicken about the brand and loyal customers. The kitchen is disgusting. MOST REVIEWS ARE RELEVANT….very low ratings!! Thank you.

Is this (Rainbow) still open and operating? I keep on going for 2 days 11am and the store is locked. People ordering in drive thru but looks like no drive thru ordering available. No signs of whatsoever. So since they have a bad review i am never going back there anymore.
