Got 3 pc tender meal and it was small for $10.46 then the tenders tasted real dry! Also when I entered I was not greeted, in fact the Mexican women helped out someone that came in after me! Employees were in there feeding their families! Seen one employee kissing someone! Seems unprofessional.

We arrived at the store @10:52, today, the 9th of July. The door was locked but we could see 2 people inside preparing the food. We were motioned to go to the drive-thru counter where i made my order of 16pc Dark meal 8 biscuits and 3 sides. It looked like we were the 1st customer. We checked the box, 2 bags and 3 sides with the biscuits on top of the chicken pieces. Trusting that our order was good, we proceeded home. When we transferred the chicken to plates, we found only 12 pcs of chicken and 7 pcs of biscuits. The mac & cheese was too salty and for the total price of $46.96! Served by Kyera, order #3004, receipt code:0032513216889. We should have read the reviews before going to this location. We were not aware that most of the reviews were bad. Never coming back! Tried calling several times to complain but nobody answered.

Horrible service . 6pm on a Sunday I pulled up in the driveway. Sign on menu that’s says speaker is broken go to the window. I go to the window and waited awhile. Employee comes up to window and says with an stank attitude like I’m bothering her saying “WE CLOSED,CLOSED” . Look of confusion because inside was well lit with food ready to be served and no sign on window that says we are closed. But a sign that hours that’s say open til 9pm . Well off to Popeyes. With that type of attitude will not be back to this location.

My brother and I went to church’s chicken on Friday night 8:30pm. First off they weren’t supposed to close till 10:00pm. The walk-in doors were already locked. We went to the drive thru and the speaker the was broken. We sat in drive thru for 10mins behind a customer before us. When it was our turn we pull up to the window and one of the employees just looks at us and sips water. As another employee walks up says they are closed and immediately shuts the window in our face. All before anywhere near closing time and had been waiting. This was by far the worst night staff we have ever seen. Trash staffing and service.

The manager Hispanic lady!! How dare she accuse me of lying cheating and stealing from her. 1st off churches!!! I gave you my business!! 2nd you gave me the wrong order. 3rd I ask that it be fixed and then you say I don’t believe you bring me the other plate that was mine I am eating which was a 3pc and a biscuit. My 65 year old mother handicap ordered 2 chicken breast and was given 2 thighs. And because I’m a young good looking bodybuilder and also mexican and bald headed I was treated thus way. I have been here before and most of the time it’s pretty good however the last time I was there the food was not good. Not only did they get my order wrong but the chicken tasted old and burnt. The only thing that was good was the biscuits. I will probably go back but hopefully the food will be good because if not I most likely won’t be back.
