Employee Jesus was awesome. Took our order and was very accommodating and a joy to talk to. We had to wait a few minutes for order to be ready. Was a hot day and seemed like the a/c wasn’t working, he took a fan from the kitchen and put it in the dining room for our comfort. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Also loved the food. Will be back.

This place was always a go to for cheap delicious chicken. But, something have changed in the batter. The chicken is not flaky and crunchy like it used to be. Still crunch just not flaky anymore. Chicken is still good but just not the same.

Chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked hours prior and I asked for mild and was given spicy. Would have given less but mashed potatoes and biscuit was pretty good. Churches is still my favorite fried chicken chain

I live in the neighborhood visit regularly and they always disappoint just like yestrday 10/19/21. Chicken is never fresh, taste like the grease is old or its been sitting to long.. I’ve started taking the drive to the West Lane location and that’s where the flavor is at. Hot and fresh every single time. Patronized this location again on 5/31/23 there’s new staff but quality of chicken remains the same hard, dry, stale taste of old grease and or sitting under warmer for an extended period of time.

Church’s chicken changed it’s fried chicken recipe. They changed it a few years ago. I stopped going a few year’s ago when I wanted some Church’s chicken and it wasn’t the same. The other day I got an original Church’s chicken craving and decided to give them a retry to see if they realized that they messed up and went back to the original recipe, but to my dismay they didn’t. It tastes more like Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Church’s you’ve sold out. You have LOST your true identity.

Went around 2pm on a weekday thru the drive thru. Older Hispanic lady had an attitude. Tried to up sale from what wanted to order. Bad Customer Service overall… Somedays the food is hot , somedays been sitting under the heater waiting for a order to be placed.
