Bad customer service. As soon as we pulled up to take our order she had an attitude right away. It was an African American lady, no greetings no thank you or anything. Also got some cold dried up Mac & cheese. If you don’t like your job or can’t provide good guest service then don’t work there smh!

I love the service here, especially the cashier/drive through attendant Jennifer who’s always delivering service with a great attitude! They always serve fresh and hot food however, their specialty chicken can be small as a Cornish hen! Way smaller than other locations, however other locations can’t compete with the freshness and service delivered. ✔️

The chicken has good flavor it tastes better than KFC the mac & cheese wasn’t bad neither was the mash & gravy don’t go towards there closing I went @ 9:30 pm big mistake there was a long wait & they were out of a lot of variety of things. The food is pricey almost too Hi feeding a family of three or more will almost break you. Budget in for this meal. I will go back just not right away

I have been to this location several times as it is near. For some reason, their lobby is never open to customers. You will always have to use the drive through. But be prepared to wait for 30 minutes if there’s 2 or 3 cars in front of you. Food is decent but wait time is terrible.

Chicken is okay. Friendly drive-thru staff. Watch out for the side items. They almost cost as much as the chicken entrées. The $5 3-piece chicken deal is really good. Just skip the sides. I ordered the okra. It was okay but gritty as heck. I’m not a big fan of those corn meal batter either. Good place to get your fried chicken fix.

Tried to grab a quick meal for my family. Sadly they have never had church’s chicken…even more sad , this is probably the worst meal I introduced them to. The mac and cheese had brown /black stuff throughout . The mashed potatoes didnt have water or something and had clumpy powder. Overall they just refused to eat it and now the store is closed and won’t pick up the phone to hear my complaint. Hopefully I can show these pictures as evidence tomorrow and get a refund

If there is a zero, that is what I would give them. I’ve been buying chicken in this location for many years for the 10pcs for $15+ but this morning I was shocked because she charged me $26. I even clarify if they still have the $15 worth of chicken and told me they don’t have because they increased their prices already 3 weeks ago. I called to check if that is really the price only to find out that she gave me the wrong one and she insisted that it’s my fault because I told them that I want the meat one where in fact I haven’t said it because what I’m asking is the one that is worth $15+ only. I know they won’t care if they lost a customer but for those who is going to buy here, be aware of this. They will not tell you the right thing so you will end up buying the expensive one. Very very very disappointed with their poor service. I will never come back anymore. Hope they will not be closed due to poor service.

Food was good. This was the first time we tried it. Im satisfied with the quality. The chicken was juicy. Everything was pretty fresh. Not very much food for the money, though. And the customer service skills could use some work. It took a while to be helped. I noticed a man in the lobby waiting about 10 minutes just for a receipt. Also, the manager was snippy with the workers there. You could definitely hear the tension and irritation come through. But she worked fast. It just seemed she was trying to run it all herself. Also, just realized they forgot my biscuit.
