We were still kind of hungry after dinner one night while visiting Miami. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used 3rd party delivery apps. They take such a big cut from restaurants that I always try to order directly through the restaurant itself.

Horrible costumer service! They charge you the price of the churrito bites and they don’t even fill it, they ONLY give you one sauce and make you pay the price I rather buy the simple traditional ones and that’s it! There staff is horrible, the skinny girl which is apparently the manager is by far the worst one! Doesn’t wanna help if there’s something wrong with your order!! They usually always close at 10 I’ve gotten there at 8:40 couple times and they tell me there closed and not accepting orders but someone else goes and orders and they accept it! It’s horrendous

Bad Coustomer Service 🙁 I placed my order online and the skinny girl lady who says she is the manager gave me very bad actitud, when I came to pick up my order she told me that they do not accept online order and when I asked how I could do to receive a refund she turned her back on me and she ignored me. In the email I received confirming my order was the phone number of this place and I called after staying there, she gave me my order which I paid for and placed online without any issue and she, with her bad attitude, did not want to give it to me…

it has been at least five years since i last had churros from churromania, too long if i may say, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this franchise inside the walmart on NW 79 AVE – i ordered two cups of churro bites (one dulce de leche, one nutella) and some tequeños, they were prepared in front of me with care, the cashier was knowledgeable of all menu items, she was very attentive and kind, service was to my complete satisfaction, good value for the price, recommended wholeheartedly
