Best churros in miami. I have been going to Churromania for years every time I get some I forget how delicious they are. The staff is super friendly and they make them fresh for you. I highly recommend this churro place when your in the mall.

Quite Expensive for what you get. When they asked “x, y or z” I assumed it came with the food but actually everything is an add on. So just beware. The food is ok. We had a sandwich and filled churros. Also an empanada. Not much seating on a busy day. Nice staff.

Today 09/20/20 at approximately 5 pm I made an order I bought an apple juice and churros.. while I was quietly drinking my juice just out of curiosity I looked at the expiration date and it was expired since 06/09/20. I kindly approached the cashier to tell her to check the juices since they had expired for 14 days I asked her about the manager and she said that she was not there then she told me to get another juice .. but I did not accept a position That possibly all are expired so I told her to give me my money back and she exclaimed “but you almost drank the whole bottle !!!” to which I said of course because I never imagined that they had expired juices .. their attitude was very rude and proud .. people like that should not deal with the public. I am very sorry about this because I loved churros but from today on I will never return to buy in that place

We’ve been trying to get an invoice for an event that we were having, however have spoken to Michelle – (she said she’s a manager – not sure if that’s true) – from the International Mall Churromania and she is as arrogant as they come! We can not seem to get a written quote, we ask for a manager, but to no avail. She informed us that she would get the district manager to respond to the inquiry. In this day and age, that’s how business’ close. Lack of customer service, and arrogance! Your churros are great but your customer service is horrific! Not sure if I would refer Churromania to any other corporations or personal friends when doing events!

I felt I wans’t treated with respect and symphaty i waited like 5 minutes because wasn’t nobody in the register there was like 5 peoples behind me when she came she told me i can’t sell you because you don’t have a mask put on she didn’t even offer me one with a rude tone and gesture she looks at me like she didn’t care my 2 year son was asking me for churros.this was on jan 5 at 4:30 pm.Maybe she has the right to ask me to wear mask but at least offer one to your customer that don’t have one in the moment because thanks to this clients that come from anywhere to buy you churro.it didn’t feel right to me.there are other ways to treat your customers.

I love CHURROS. But what human beings dont seem, to understand is how the experience of a place wherever you go, wheather it’s just a cofee at a fast food restaurant or anything small or big in service . The customer service skills matter, BIG TIME that could ruin someone’s whole experience. I’m taking the time out of my day because i feel as if management or churro cooperation should be aware, how this location firstly has non speaking english staff, which is not a big deal. But the manager I forgot her name has a very nasty attitude, listen if your overworked hire more staff, if your having a bad day leave it at home , I went to this location ordered churros with caramel and choclate glaze on the side , she couldnt understand me and I kept telling her not on top on the side, the manager was there, and she kept giving me dirty looks as if what im asking for is out of this world. They wanted to charge me extra for these dips when it comes included in the churro itself i just did not want it on top of my churros. Horrible service , nasty attitude from the manager. I dont think she speaks english either. Won’t be returning , will take my money somewhere else.
