Let me start by saying I come here very frequently. Even though they have new employees the customer service is great I love that they have new items they explain everything to you clearly the best coffee in all Westland Mall. everyone knows the Cheetos are good but the coffee is fantastic is what mostly brings me here. The lady in the front is super happy has a great energy and gets your order correct every time never had a problem highly recommend. the positive attitude they have is amazing and let me tell you it’s not easy, but the clientele that comes here, and the mentality they bring, but all is well. The service is fantastic.

The worst customer service ever seen in a churromania! And I used to work in churromania long time ago. I got served by noemi today 4/30/23 at 6:32pm. She and the lady in the back have the worst of attitude, very rude. Serving people with a confronting attitude and bad face and arguing with customers in front of everyone. I usually give the tips after I receive my order, of course they got none. Very disappointed with this store.

Food was good but this lady in the front was eating everywhere in the front and chit chatting with everyone while working and not doing anything and not helping the other lady take orders so it was taking longer than usual.
