We had a great experience at this Chuy’s! Elizabeth was our waitress and she was exceptional! We came in a little later in the evening but we were not rushed and were very well taken care of. The fajita beef was cooked perfectly! I would definitely revisit this Chuy’s and recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed with this meal, I’ve eaten at the OG in Austin a few times and always loved it, not the case here. The flavors were good, the service was excellent, but the cheese enchiladas were missing something important…the CHEESE!!! I dug around and could only find a very thin layer of cheese in both enchiladas, again very disappointing.

This place has been crowded and we were excited to at Fayetteville since closer than Rogers. NEVER AGAIN, NEW OPENING AND BUGS ALL OVER TABLES AND WALLS. They sat us down at a booth and I noticed some flea like knats right away. After killing about 10 waitress comes up and we ask to move to a different table. They moved us to another booth and yet more on the wall and table. We proceeded to order drinks. I ordered a water, and when I got it, found 2 floating in my water.

The atmosphere and food are okay. Service staff is fast and friendly. 15 minute wait on a Saturday at lunch time seems reasonable. PROBLEM: we sat down to eat and were served with silverware packets teaching us how to pray??? Christian Catholic and Jewish options at the ready! It literally ruined the whole experience and we will NEVER be back.

Had a great experience during our first visit. Austin and Abby displayed amazing customer service, both friendly and energetic. The food was delicious. We usually never have room for dessert but we indulged by sharing a piece of tres leches cake… OMG it was the best! Definitely recommend a visit to Chuy’s.

We went to lunch and chose Chuy’s in Fayetteville. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady and the wait time was reasonable. Once at the table, the waitress took our drink order. It took a long time for her to bring our drinks, then when longer to come to take our order. After about 35 minutes, the waitress came back and told us someone took your food to another table, let me go find it. I found it, is what she said after 8 more minutes. The manager was in tow, and he apologized but offered no compensation of any kind. The Panchos nachos were good, the steak burrito was not. If you are looking for a steak sliced and wrapped in a tortilla, this is your place. There was some cheese melted on it, that was it except for yje nasty sauce the waitress recommended. The prices were a bit high for what we received.
