This Chuy’s is perfect. Minimal wait time on a busy Saturday with excellent customer service. Hallie was a perfect waitress who took care of us and had the best attitude. The food was delicious and it came out in a timely manner. We were having a crazy day and it was nice that Hallie seemed to know we needed to stay a little longer after we finished a meal. She never rushed us or bothered us after we paid our ticket. Chuy’s is also really affordable and I would recommend this location to my friends visiting Tyler.

Starting from the atmosphere, it’s feels great with great music and interiors are great. The creamy Jalapeño dip was so good with the chips and I added the Fajita Chicken Burrito with Boom Boom Sauce. Love it. Great customer service.

The food was better than average but just not memorable. The manager and our server were amazing and helped us in an effort to try to get gluten-free options for my wife. I had the chicken fajitas that were great, but the rest of the party wasn’t immensely impressed with their meals. Really like the decor inside with a lot of really neat items, i.e. the room of hub caps on the ceiling. The manager did warn us that cross contamination could occur with the food, and we appreciated that.

First time at Chuys! The atmosphere was great right when we came in. Our waitress was super kind and honest and really attended all our needs. We ordered the beer rita and it was strong and tasty! I wanted to try the tinga chicken enchiladas and the waitress was kind to say that it hasn’t been a hit so she gave me some sauce to try it and glad I changed my mind. I ordered chicken boom boom enchiladas. So tasty and a bit spicy but that good spicy lol had chips and salsa and the chips were quite crunchy and fresh. I loved it and recommend!

BEST Mexican food place EVER!! My top choice for Mexican restaurant. It doesn’t get better than this people. This is my number one place to go to when I can!! Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Good fast service with excellent food. EVERYTHING is great here. I’ve never had a bad meal. Chicken fajitas are always the best for me. You get more here for your dollar than anywhere else. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the food is exactly the same portion and taste. Some people say it’s expensive but the fajitas here are $17.99 and you get more here than every other place that’s more expensive. There’s a reason it’s packed a lot. It’s because it’s the best. Definitely recommend here if you haven’t been and you won’t regret it!!! Thanks

This Mexican restaurant was very good. The tortillas tasted homemade and fresh. The hot sauce was just right. The green sauce was delicious. I had the fajitas and the portions were big and filled me up. All the food tasted excellent. The service was great, and their was not a long wait.

Last time I ate at this location was over 10 years ago when they first opened. Service and quality of food was trash then. It’s still trash now. They no longer take reservations for groups. Got here at 6:20pm wasn’t very busy, took them 70min to get us seated. Drinks took 25min, food took over 45min. And of course they brought the wrong orders out. This place hasn’t changed at all. I most certainly will never come here again. Last call for drinks is 8:45pm.

We had Logan as our server and I think he’s the best server I’ve ever had. The dude was so good at his job, deserves a raise for sure. Chips always full, sauces refilled, drinks refilled, super aware and helpful. Definitely made the experience great
