Stopped in to see what the fuss was about, and we were not disappointed. The food is great and our server was great. I got the beef fajitas and they were delicious. I felt the menu was fairly priced and that I got my moneys worth. I’d say this place is a place of value & I’ll be returning!

First time visiting the new restaurant. The wait to be seated was short considering it was lunch time. We waited about 9 minutes. Once we were seated, we knew what we wanted by the time the server came to get our drink order. She was very nice and we were able to place our food order at the same time. It took 28 minutes for the food to come. There were three of us and we didn’t have any special orders. What was bad was that we saw two other tables come in and sit down after we ordered our food, and they were almost half way through their food by the time we received ours. The table next to is had paid and left before we even got our check. We were sitting there waiting a lot. One of the tables had our same server. The food was good but we are torn if we would go back and try it again.

Brand new place. Waited until the hype was over to visit. Food was fresh and delicious. Clean barthrooms. Wasn’t too long until we were seated. Servers were friendly and polite. We had a party of 3, and only paid $55, very reasonable. I do recommend and will return.

This is the first time I’ve been to a chuy’s. The restaurant was packed but luckily there was space at the bar. We sat there and had great service. The chicken tortilla soup was delicious. I wish I could say that about everything… the fajita meat so bland, like no seasoning. I was so disappointed! The chips and dip were ok, nothing special in my opinion. My friends salad looked good, meat was bland. I just heard so much hype about this place and was so disappointed when it wasn’t that good. I’m really hoping it was just a fluke and things got over looked. Il give it another try at some point but il keep my expectations low.

Today’s visit was to recognize a birthday. We also thought that since it has been about a month since the grand opening the staff has had a chance to get some experience.

I was excited to try Chuy’s after hearing that the Austin location is supposedly really good. We walked in and surprisingly we were seated really fast on a packed day during lunch during opening week. I loved the crazy decor everywhere. They have a lot of conversation starter pieces. We ordered the queso and drinks for starters. The drinks were 5 stars!, but the queso was more like a runny cheese sauce. It ran off the chips like water! It was good, but needed to be thickened. Our entrées were nothing special at all. Everything lacked flavor and was extremely bland. Our service was excellent though. I’d go back for drinks, I’m not sure about on the food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Mexican restaurant, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The star of the show was, without a doubt, the incredible food and drinks they offered. Each dish was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors and made with the utmost care and attention to detail. From the sizzling fajitas to the mouthwatering enchiladas, every bite was a taste bud-tingling treat.

This location is waaaaaay too small for this area. The AC was not keeping up. I had to ask our server for sauce 6 times before she remembered.

I hardly ever write reviews, however, this was awful. I have been to many Chuys (it’s one of our favorites) but this one is nothing like RR or Waco. The food was not done correctly- I realize they are still somewhat new but they should be able to season and make the dishes correctly. The chicken was white- zero seasoning. None. We got the chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas and chimichanga but the meat was not right- the chimichanga had hardly anything in it at all. We ordered two frozen margaritas and I know this sounds bad but I am certain they made them in the machine without putting the tequila in it. I hardly drink- I do notice! I did then order the Mexican martini top shelf and that was the complete opposite- tasted like nail polish remover- no way that was top shelf tequila. Do not waste your money. The server forgot our waters and my child’s lemonade. We did eventually get them right before the food came out after asking again. We also did not get the jalapeño ranch dip that was ordered. I do not recommend this location at all. Chuys is good but it’s worth the time to drive to RR or Waco. Or go to the Taqueria.
