Came to this location of Chuy’s on the west side of Amarillo near I-40 and Soucy Road, on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm. Not too crowded and we were seated without any wait. We say on the center dining area, which is decorated colorfully, complète with fake palm trees! Good is great and the prices are also very reasonable. Clayton, our server, was very attentive, courteous and friendly. Lots of free parking outside (shared with adjacent businesses) and plenty of seats and tables inside. Recommended!

Chicken fajitas were great! Large portions and well seasoned. Waitress Brooklyn was outstanding. She kept our glasses full, chips full, super friendly! She got our food out fast and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was ok. Our family will ask for her when we return.

This was a surprising gem. We had an excellent waiter. I wish I remembered his name to give him credit. I’ve never seen somebody wait so many tables and not lose their mind. The best salsa that I’m having a long time, good prices and clean restrooms. Tesla superchargers not far away.

Really good Tex-mex place! Was not expecting it to be as comfy and inviting for a “chain” style restaurant. Good service, love the decor. Menu is jazzy enough to have some “oomph” to it, but small enough that it’s easy to choose a plate.

Chuy’s slogan is “Always Fun! Always Fresh!” We had a fun time at the I-40 location in Amarillo, TX. The decor is bright and eclectic. The food was good and fresh. Mission accomplished I would say. My salad was crisp and the waitress got my “no onions or cheese” order correct, which is apparently tough for many servers. The sauces on enchiladas were good, not great. The beans had a good consistency but required the salt shaker. Overall this is a nice place for some Tex-Mex favorites.

We got in at 8:30 and they close at 9:00. They were very friendly and welcoming to us. The food was great! I had the grilled steak burrito my husband had a ground beef burrito with myself the Presley special enchiladas. The service was very good as well and the prices were a bit less than I thought they would be… Especially considering the massive portions. I definitely recommend this place!

We went to celebrate my sisters birthday tonight and had Angel as our server- we had the best service we have had in a long time. ANYWHERE. It was a wonderful dinner, the drinks were great and everyone was very attentive. We had to give thanks to the manager for such a wonderful experience. We don’t go out often as a family and it was nice to relax and be taken care of. Great vibes at Chuys tonight!

Enjoyed the Elvis Memorial Combo Platter. Done perfectly! I have eaten at Chuy’s all over the place and this location today was on point with Chips, Sauces and the main dishes. Literally every item was great and the wait staff was friendly as well!

Every time I’m craving some Tex mex my favorite place to go would be chuy’s. They have amazing hamburgers and fries. The people who work there are always on the ball about getting your order out to you right away. Especially Brooklyn, .I ask for Brooklyn every time I come in, because she always makes my experience enjoyable. Not only is she personable but she is great about checking up on you and your order. (P.S. the coloring sheets are very fun;) )
