Ciao was absolutely fantastic! I got a pepperoni pizza and bianca pizza. Both looked amazing and tasted great but the pepperoni pizza was out of this world! The texture and chew on the pizza was perfect, and you can actually taste the oregano. Service was fast though I did go during a slower time in the day. The giant stone oven in the back adds a lot to the atmosphere. The only complaint I have is no lunch hours on the weekend. Otherwise, this is a smash hit.

Tasty NY style pizza. Lovely caprese salad. Great gelato. Prompt and courteous service. Budget-friendly. Favorite pizza in the CWE.

The pizza was out of this world. The dough tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly. The gelato was on point and customer service was great. By far the best pizza place. Will 100% come back.

Pizza: 3/5 the Hawaiian, the pineapple was cold & hard to eat. I’d suggest sliced or at least cut the chunks.

This is authentic Italian pizza made in an authentic brick oven. This is how pizza should taste like. Same goes for the gelato. It takes me back to my vacations in Italy. I am so grateful this place opened in the CWE. The owner is nice, generous and committed to providing a good quality product. I bring all my friends and co-workers here and they keep coming back as well.

Checked out Ciao Cafe in the Central West End and really enjoyed the experience! Got there before closing, but unfortunately the kitchen had shut down so the brick oven could began cooling. The owner offered us a dessert on the house just for stopping in. Well he felt so bad that I had my mouth set on pizza, he told us to have a seat and he’ll cook for us anyway! Well the pizza did not disappoint, I will definitely be returning. It’s not often that you get great customer service like this!

Great pizza, and affordable compared to similar spots. Ready quickly for pickup and friendly service. They were playing a sort of Italian jazz music and have a nice patio.

Decent Neapolitan style pizza. Undercooked to my taste. Three salads on limited menu – Caesar was ok.
