Delicious! Had the cavatelli but was substituted with linguine. I ate the entire bowl, it was so good. If you’re in the mood for pasta definitely stop here, it’s handmade.

This is THE best place in Beacon for fresh pasta!!! Isiah kills it everytime! Great portions and absolutely fresh ingredients. I could not recommend this place enough. Idk how he does it, but I order at least twice a week!

What a pleasant surprise! We loved the handmade pasta, the quality ingredients, the attention to detail. We shared the cacio e pepe with pork belly between three people as a VERY filling snack. The price was right and the food was delicious. The vibe of the food hall is a little odd mid-day with only two booths open but the food made up for it, big time.

There are a great group of vendors at the Hudson Valley Food Hall but this is one of my favorites. Delicious homemade pastas with a variety of choices for sauces and proteins. Definitely worth a visit.

No broth in the “soup dumplings”, no flavor and no spoon!

Amazing pasta and fried rice. Portions were great for lunch. Very high quality, you get what you pay for.

I had agnolotti, $15 (plus tax and tip $20). These were handmade and delicious. It was more of an appetizer portion but was sold as an entree. It was meant to be dinner for me but did not suffice. Afterwards, I ended up needing to eat elsewhere. At the end of the day, this is a food court stand with high-end prices that just don’t seem to be equitable. Business-model issue in my opinion. The Latin restaurant in the nearby stall had larger portions, I’ll try that next.
