Ciao Ciao is just what Hertel needed! The space is beautiful, the drinks and food are amazing, and the staff are so nice. The place is classy but not pretentious, and they’re constantly coming up with new offerings. Great location for all occasions.

Lovely new addition to Hertel Ave. My Husband and I have gone several times for cocktails. The drinks have been great and the bar tenders attentive and knowledgeable. The ambiance and decor are also top notch. Highly recommend!

Great food we split the baked fontina which was fabulous. My son had the shrimp fra diavlo with penne which had generous portions of shrimp and perfectly cooked pasta. I had the spiedini which I never had before and it was spectacular. Great food friendly service and reasonable prices.

Ciao Ciao on Hertel Avenue is a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The staff is welcome and very knowledgeable. Food has a variety of favorites, that can feed the family with wines, beer and one of a kind cocktails. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely lounge/bar in Buffalo, New York.

A wonderful addition to Hertel Ave. I’ve been there a couple times and have really enjoyed it. Wonderful atmosphere, great (and reasonably priced) food options, vast drink selection. My most recent visit was on a Saturday afternoon after shopping with a friend, it was perfect for lunch. Looking forward to frequenting Ciao often!
