We only had the pizza so hard to judge the rest of the menu. The pizza was good… better than the chain restaurants. I watched a the waitresses brought out other food to tables near by and it really looked good (lasagna, salads, spaghetti with meatballs,etc). Would definitely go back to try something else!

Our soccer team invaded this restaurant with 60-70 people and the service was impeccable. We were able to place our orders ahead of time so the food was able to promptly come out of the kitchen. The staff was amazing. Food was great. And they had all of the tickets prepared for a fast and efficient checkout.

I’ve been coming here ever since I was a wee little lad. I’ve always loved the food and I’ve never had anything I don’t like! (minus some foods that I generally can’t stand anywhere) Ciao’s is the only reason I’ll even eat zucchini and eggplant! I like zucchini now but the only way I’ll eat eggplant is if it’s an eggplant parm. (the sub version is really good too ) I love this place and the friendliness of the staff, I’m going to keep coming back as long as I have family here! (Even if I don’t have family, if I’m in NC I have to stop by Ciao’s) I attached a picture of the BEST salad I have ever eaten in my life.

Michelle was the sweetest, most beautiful person! She helped us figure out how to split the food and was so helpful with what we needed. She is the best server I have ever had. After a hard day, she made us feel like we were people with feelings and it meant a lot. Would love to come back! The food was so good and came so fast as well. Props to the chefs!

This was not my first time eating here so I was truly surprised at how the food was not good. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and the chicken cheesesteak. None had any flavoring. Also the fries had no seasoning either…I mean not a drop of at least salt. Both my boys said to never order the burger for them again. Maybe they need to remove these items if they are not good at cooking them.

Michelle was the kindest person ever. I will definitely be going back to ciao pizza because of Michelle. Her kind spirit helped our sorrows we were having that day. Despite her exhaustion from a hardworking day, she was still kind to us. Ciao pizza needs to promote her immediately because she is a hard worker, kind, great at customer service, respectable, honorable, and generous. She made my first time there amazing. The food was also amazing btw and I appreciate the hard workers there.
