Located right off of Bardstown road and blends in with the neighborhood perfectly. The food was and service were both good. I liked the cool booth we ate in which can halfway close if you want it to. We had the meatball appetizer , I had chicken Alfredo and I forgot name of her dish. The food was good and hot and the wait wasn’t too long. She enjoyed her drink and I like how they left the ice cold bottle of water at the table for us as well. I would definitely return and enjoyed my first visit.

I saw this restaurant on a TV show and wanted to try it. I’m not really sure what to think about this place. It was pleasant, but just like everywhere else it was short staffed and the guy who was everything to everybody was a sweaty mess and it was extremely off-putting to have my food served from someone who is sweating all over everything. I ordered the Tapestry Dance drink and a hamburger and fries to be safe. The hamburger was cooked exactly how I like it. The vegetable soup was regular I COULDA MADE THAT . I noticed a lot of seasoned guests come there and the atmosphere was dimmed lighting. It was hard to read the menu and walk to the bathroom on my cane because of the lighting. I LOVE the huge ice cube in the drink and the cute little clip on the side of the glass with the delicious cookie. It was an experience that I’m glad I had.

Went to Ciao for the first time for a birthday dinner. The whole experience was wonderful. Our server was very nice and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend this hidden treasure in the Irish Hill neighborhood. We’ll be back!

Food was very pretty and pleasant. Service was good but not outstanding. They brought us bread but we had to request balsamic and oil. We were sat at a very small narrow table

Ciao is such a lovely restaurant! Delicious pasta, a wide range of drink options, a comfortable and usually quiet atmosphere. Their house bread is fantastic, and I’ve enjoyed each entrée I’ve tried. Some outdoor seating and a great range of seating options indoors. If you manage to save room for it, their tiramisu is more than worth it!

Really good food and fast service. Ordered the chicken parmigiana and had no complaints beyond the fact I’m pretty sure they gave me a whole chicken; I could barely finish half of it along with all the pasta.

We were in town for a girls weekend and looking for a place close to our AirBnB. Ciao popped up, the menu looked big and delicious. I’m so glad we came! This was one of the best meals, ever. From the fresh bread basket, to the entrees, to the cocktails. Everything was top-notch. Our server was sweet and patient, the atmosphere was cozy, the portions more than ample. Can’t wait to visit next time we’re in town. My only suggestion is to simplify the craft cocktail menu. It was very overwhelming.

The food was good. Really nice authentic Italian flavor. The Alfredo wasn’t as tasteful as expected. Spaghetti and meatballs was great. The tomato caprese salad was outstanding.

Can’t recommend this enough – great Italian food! I got the Friday special pasta with butternut squash, red bell pepper, red onion, and more, all in a garlic butter white wine sauce, and it was delicious! They also have amazing Tiramisu and dessert calzones.
