Had never been here before, and went into it completely blind based entirely off of atmosphere.

Nice place for some wine and appetizers. We were seated at the bar and ordered Zinfandel wine and I absolutely loved it. Also got some cheese plate and prawns to share. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent!

We came out for a friend’s birthday- initially our waiter had an attitude and was very flat. He left for the night and we were taken by Robin. She was very hospitable and friendly. The food was excellent – we recommend everything. We had the croquettes, manza meatballs, meat/cheese board, the baked eggplant, and the FOCACCIA! Highly recommend. Also the drinks- especially the espresso martini robin makes. Nice date spot or for a girls night. We will definitely be back!

This place is wonderful! The food and service are top-notch. The wine selection is great and the prices are super reasonable. We visited on a Saturday night and I would venture to say they were understaffed. But this rockstar team (including our server, Lucky) made sure everyone’s experience was as perfect. You would never know they were short-handed and everyone was exceptionally polite and professional.

My wife and I went here for dinner before we went to the theater downtown and we were not disappointed. This was our first visit to Cicchetti. Everything about this place is great. The have a very extensive wine list and drink menu to go along with their great food. Our server (Rudy) who was on loan from the restaurant next door to help out was amazing. My wife and I are currently not drinking alcohol and he went to the restaurant next door to get me a non-alcoholic beer because cicchetti didn’t have any. The tapas here were all delicious but the star of the meal was definitely the dessert. It was a pistachio, strawberry, vanilla ice cream covered in a hardened chocolate and we paired it with some coffees. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their vast selection of wines.

Located in the BofA towers in Founders Hall. Such a beautiful building We came on Christmas Eve and it was awesome. Mainly because our waiter Lucky was so cool, friendly and professional. It was also his last day working so it was nice to have met him.

Had an amazing experience at Cicchetti in Charlotte NC. The space was super cool and the service was fantastic- our server Robin was incredible. There are half-price wine bottles Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays- what an amazing deal. The food was also terrific. We had the antipasto plate, the ricotta bruschetta and the bresaola small plate. They make a really good dirty martini also. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I came here for a wedding reception and we absolutely loved the service, food and atmosphere. The staff had our huge crazy group served and happy. The food was the best I’ve had in Charlotte. Lastly, the location is beautiful and the valet was a welcome sight on a cold and windy evening in uptown.

We dined at Cicchetti’s for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal! The space is small, but has plenty of elbow room. You will want to make a reservation. It’s connected to Aria. Parking is always a challenge – we parked in Founders Hall parking garage. This is a wine bar, so you should expect wine for drinks. They do have wine inspired cocktails. Quick shout out to Robin, our server. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and her recommendations were on point. Speaking of on point – the food was phenomenal! Small plates situation. We tried their version of a charcuterie board and it was amazing. The cheeses were all very tasty and the focaccia bread is to die for! We also tried the gnocchi and chicken parm. They were great as well, but for the lasagna. Might be the best I have ever tried. Overall, very solid!!! Highly recommend!

Cicchetti has always been one of our favorite restaurants but we unfortunately had a bad experience yesterday. After making reservations weeks ago the three of us were seated at high-top table for two while there were plenty of other tables available. When we asked to be switched we were told they were held for other reservations that had not arrived yet.
